Freshly renovated to the highest standards in November 2024, the Cabbage Palm has been meticulously designed by a couple with a passion for interiors and creating beautiful spaces.
The 1970’s unit block is indicative of a time that once was, where it stood as one of only a few blocks in the area. The re-imagining of the space in 2024, takes ques from the era with an updated modern aesthetic. Every piece curated to add a touch of luxury to this beautiful home away from home.
Mornings can be spent on the balcony overlooking the Cabbage Palms, Cedars, Gums and the passing parade. Catch the perfect sunrise, and you might be lucky enough to spot a pod of whales on their migration.
Enjoy evenings snuggled on the linen MCM House sofas, dining at the intimate stone table, or watching a film on the 55 inch TV. Treat yourself to a glass of wine on the balcony with a charcuterie board and watch the world go by.

The property features two bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Blinds and gorgeous linen sheers ensures privacy and creates a beautiful softness, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. A generous, completely renovated kitchen with everything you need for your stay, open-plan lounge area with dining table, spa-like bathroom, balcony and fully equipped laundry.

The queen bed is dressed with beautiful bedlinen. Built-in robes and hanging spaces in both bedrooms, as well as gorgeous linen bathrobes for guests to use. The brand-new spa-like bathroom includes fluffy bath sheets courtesy of Hommey, a hair dryer and straightener is also available. Luxurious Oribe hair and body products are included to help make your experience that little bit extra special.
K I T C H E N
The well-equipped custom kitchen is fitted with brand new quality appliances to suit the cook who wants to take advantage of delicious local, seasonal produce.
We have made sure everything is available for your stay. Nespresso coffee machine, full size fridge, dishwasher and an Alessi toaster and Kettle. You will even find an Airfryer and Electric Fry-Pan.
For those longer stays, we have a fully integrated laundry with washer and dryer, and a shared clothes line in the garden of the apartment complex.

The Cabbage Palm is situated on a quiet street, only 2mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Terralong Street, where Kiama comes alive. You will find every cuisine at your finger-tips and a traditional ice creamery that will have you returning daily the ice creams are that good! Pubs and Clubs are also within short walking distance. The homewares, boutiques and all the gorgeous stores are just around the corner for you to explore.
Kiama station is just a short walk away and connects you directly to Sydney.
We are situation a 5 min walk from Kiama’s famous Blow Hole and on a day of big seas, the Blow Hole experience really is incredible. Enjoy the Kiama Harbour, Surf Beach and for the more adventurous, you can enjoy the Coastal walk, one of the most scenic in the country. Bring your walking shoes and make your way to Kendals, Bombo and Easts Beach.
There is an Epic Playground on Terralong Street completed in 2024, the kids will go bananas and ensure they get a good night’s rest.
The apartment is well located just a short drive to Berry, Gerringong, Jambaroo and Kangaroo Valley. The perfect base for all the exciting events in surrounding areas.
At the Cabbage Palm, if you prefer, you can park your car and not use it until you leave. The location is that good!

Fantastic Apartment- Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and tidy. Fully equipped with great extras from the hosts to make our stay extra comfortable. Excellent location - we could walk to town village and other sites such as Blowhole and Coastal Walk. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and will be back!
The room was very clean, the location was great just a quick walk into town! (I definitely got fit walking up the stairs and driveway haha) and communication was super easy if any concerns arose. Was a lovely stay thanks so much!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. Its location was brilliant and in walking distance to everything. we stayed there in winter and we were very cozy in the apartment with nice warm doonas and a heater that warmed the place up for us. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the decor was just lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely staying Kiama.
A wonderful spot to stay while you expolore Kiama and surrounds.An amazing location, close enough to walk to everything. The apartment itself was exceptionally well set out with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and much more.Communication was super easy and a lot of little touches, such as some chilled wine in the fridge for out arrival, really topped of a great stay.We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at The Cabbage Palm! The unit is styled beautifully and everything oozed quality and thoughtfulness!! Lots of unexpected extras and things left for us to use! The beds and lounges were very comfy and the recent interior renovation was of a very high standard. Everything was very on trend. The boys were so responsive when we asked for local knowledge and their tips were excellent! Thank you for having us!!
