«The hotel is beautiful! Very calming and relaxing, staff is supper attentive and the food was good. I only have 2 points I'd like to make. 1. When we reserved we called the hotel as we wanted to make sure we got specific rooms. We were with them on the phone while making the booking on Expedia. We booked 3 rooms and confirmed with them that we were getting the rooms we requested. When we got there none of the rooms we wanted were what we got. «Property is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. No toiletries or tea kettle in the room. »
