Things to note:
🚗 PARKING: Mid-Apr through mid-Nov there are unlimited parking spots available in the underground parking garage. During ski season (mid-Nov through mid-Apr), the penthouse comes with 1 parking space in the heated underground parking garage. There is additional parking in the River Run Gondola Lot, which is 50' from the entrance to the Silvermill condos. This lot is free during the day and $25 per vehicle per night for overnight parking. Please note rates are set by Keystone Resort and may be changed.
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. (We provide a portable A/C unit in the living room)
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
