Pet Friendly for additional $225 fee. Dogs only, maximum of two, 30 pounds each and signed pet addendum.
Parking for 2-3 vehicles and 1 trailer right on our property. Dock space is limited to 30 feet including motors.
Key Colony Beach is centrally located at mile marker 53. The beautiful and peaceful community has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, several playgrounds, restaurants, sunset park, and your rental grants you access to The Cabana Club, a private club with a 65’ heated/chilled pool, beach, bar and restaurant all are just a short walk away.
