All new furniture, granite countertops throughout the house and garage, fresh finishes, new windows, siding, doors, and countless upgrades make this property feel brand new. Outdoor Living Spaces
The expansive outdoor areas are a true highlight. In the backyard, a large composite deck overlooks the private inground heated pool with its sleek new epoxy surround. This fully fenced patio area is furnished with premium Polywood pieces, including an 8-person dining table, eight cushioned chaise loungers, a 2-person bistro table, a kid-sized picnic table, and a hard-piped propane gas firepit with six swivel chairs. It also features a 4-burner hard-piped propane grill with prep table for easy outdoor cooking. The area is well-stocked with pool toys and games for guests of all ages. Just steps away toward the bluff is a new permanent wood-burning firepit with eight Polywood Adirondack chairs and firewood included, perfect for peaceful evenings.

At the front of the home, four Polywood Adirondack chairs offer a relaxing spot to sit and overlook the front yard, which features a new multi-tier kids playset and inground, adjustable height basketball hoop.

Interior Highlights

• Upper Level
Four spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tile walk-in shower and soaking tub. A newly renovated full bathroom serves the other bedrooms and features a new tile shower and heated floors.

• Main Level
The open living room features all new furniture and custom built-in cabinets. It flows into the family room and kitchen, which includes new built-ins and a fully stocked coffee bar. The dining room has been beautifully revamped with modern gold and black accents plus additional built-in cabinetry. Also on this level is a king bedroom with a half-bath off the living room, plus the newly expanded mudroom/laundry area with a built-in ice maker.

• Lower Level

• Frequently Asked Questions
Can we check in early? A couple of factors apply. If there was a guest checkout that same morning, our cleaning staff needs time to prepare the home. We’ll message you as soon as the property is ready. If the house did not require attention on your check-in day, we are generally happy to allow an early arrival so you can enjoy as much time as possible at the property.

Can we check out late? Late check-outs are more difficult to accommodate unless requested more than 24 hours in advance. Our cleaning staff works on a tight schedule set weeks ahead. We will always try to make it work, when possible, but we are ultimately at the mercy of their availability.

Outside / Pool How deep is the pool? The pool features clear depth markers of 3 ft, 4 ft, and 5 ft along the edges. The shallow end begins at approximately 3–4 feet and gently slopes to a deep end of about 5 feet.

Is the pool always heated? Yes — while the pool is open, the heater is set to a comfortable 86°F. For best temperature retention, please keep the auto solar cover closed when the pool is not in use. It helps both heat the water and maintain the temperature.

What time of the year is the pool open? We typically open the pool near the end of May and keep it operational until mid-October, weather permitting. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained once per week, usually mid-week.

Do you have pool toys and floats? Yes! We keep a variety of items on hand, including foam boards, noodles, loungers, basketballs, footballs, diving toys, goggles, and more. There are a few stores nearby if you’re looking for something specific. We often end up with fun extras left behind by previous guests, so you never know what you’ll discover in our “bin of fun.”

Do you have board and card games on site? Yes! We have a nice selection of kids’ board and card games as well as several adult board and card games available on site for guests to enjoy.

Do you have firewood on-site? Yes! We keep a generous supply of firewood stocked near the firepits (we buy it by the cord). You’ll also find natural firestarters, plenty of lighters, and a Gorilla cart to help move wood to wherever you’d like to enjoy it.

How is the outdoor grill setup? We have a 4-burner Weber propane grill on the deck that is hard-piped (no tank changes needed). Right beside it is a prep station stocked with grill tools, a fire suppression blanket, replacement grease trays, cleaning supplies, and a few other helpful items.

Do you supply bathroom essentials? Yes! Each full bathroom has wall-mounted pumps with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find Q-Tip’s, dental flossers, single-use razors, make-up remover wipes, lens wipes, nail clippers, and a blow dryer. We never skimp on toilet paper — every bathroom is well stocked.

Do you have bug spray? Yes, we keep a few different options on-site. As always, if you have a preferred brand, we recommend bringing it along.

Do you have coffee and tea on-site? Yes! Our Keurig Duo coffee station offers a variety of K-cups (including tea options), regular and decaf grounds, and a bean grinder for whole-bean coffee lovers. You’ll also find creamer and sugar options, stir sticks, and plenty of cups. The Duo can brew a full pot if preferred.

Should I bring a bag of ice? We suggest checking our built-in ice maker first (located in the expanded mudroom/laundry area). It produces about 50 lbs per day. If you’ll need more, ice is available just a few minutes away at local gas stations or grocery stores.


Can we bring our gaming systems (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.)? Yes! The easiest connection is on the lower-level 75" TV (with soundbar and subwoofer). We provide an HDMI extender and power strip for easy access—no need to reach behind wall-mounted TVs. We do not provide gaming consoles.

Can we charge an EV? Yes! On the exterior of the garage you’ll find a Tesla Universal Wall Connector. This Level 2 charger is hard-wired to a 240V circuit and set to the fastest charging speed the unit allows (up to 48 amps / 11.5 kW). It works with all North American EVs — Tesla vehicles plug in directly, while non-Tesla vehicles use the built-in J1772 adapter. Expect to add up to ~44 miles of range per hour depending on your vehicle (no app or account required).

Can we bring our pets? Generally yes! We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can inform the cleaning staff. We understand pets are family for many guests. We keep a few basics on-site (food/water bowls and waste bags), but we recommend bringing your own kennels, toys, leashes, and food.

Do you allow larger events or weddings? Please send us a message first. We have hosted several events on the property, but we always like to understand the scope of plans to ensure we can respect our neighbors.

Is there transportation available for Green Bay Packers games? Yes! For Green Bay Packers fans, convenient round-trip transportation to Lambeau Field is generally available from nearby pickup locations. Reservations can be made through the Kewaunee Area Chamber of Commerce website.

Do you have additional bedding available outside of traditional beds? Yes! We have two queen air mattresses, two twin air mattresses, and one Guava Family Pack ’n Play crib. We also provide child-friendly amenities such as a highchair, retractable gates on the open stairs, and plastic dinnerware/cutlery.
