There is another dwelling on this property that will be occupied during your stay. Please note that a 48 hour notice period is required for last minute bookings.As the property has unfenced access to the water and an unfenced pond in the back garden, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.There are life-jackets available to use with the five kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
