En effet vous aviez l'air tres satisfait de votre sejour chez nous.Le proprietaire ne fait pas de relation client, uniquement de la maintenance, et il est parfois tellement pris par son travail qu'il en oublie les clients...ce n'est vraiment pas contre vous, mais nous pouvons comprendre votre remarque.Concernant les equipements, tout fonctionne mais certains sont en cours de remplacement en effet. As far as the early morning noises from the neighbouring cockerels there is not a lot we can do about that except maybe add fresh chicken to the menu... Animals in the restaurant. You are referencing to our quiet and old dog, Chan, nobody never complained about him before. You also failed to mention that the Resort offered you your last night free of charge before you shifted to another Hotel in which you raved about, you of course did not state that the new hotel was just that, a new hotel and you willingly paid an extra $25 per night on top of what you were paying at our small establishment. We are deeply sorry that you did not like your stay at Raingsey Bungalow, and we are thanking you again for sharing your feedback with us. Kind regards,
