"5* for the staff: Starting with Luis at the reception to Kirenje your most warm hearted member of staff in my opinion, Nagudi at the pool loved by the little ones as well as the adults. Damiang at F&B is so kind, patient and helpful. Observed him serving tea in VIP style to a group of 5 year old girls and it was heart melting. At the Kids Club, Knight, Elizabeth, Happy and the rest of the team are an absolute delight. And the animation team were wonderful as well. 3* For food on a full board basis. You lacked variety. We basically had the same breakfast for 7 days apart from the two days with Swahili theme. At dinner food was cold or warm but never hot. The drinks were too basic for your class of hotel. The facilities were top class, water park was fantastic and so was the pool and the beach as well. The gardens are really well maintained and the views from the sea view rooms is breathtaking. The room has an over average setting and we loved that there was good Internet and a smart TV. The set up by the animation team for the World Cup final was top class and appreciated. In summary, I would come back because of how everyone made us feel at home, but I wouldn't go for the full board meal plan as it is not worth it."

"Good hotel right on the beach, with a varied setup of different pools, 4 restaurants and a beach bar called Coco's. Stayed for 8 nights. Good service standards throughout, but the all the staff at Coco's were particularly great. Will absolutely consider going back. Only slight downside is there are very few restaurants in the near area outside the hotel itself. For that, a quick and cheap Uber ride on the terrible gravel dirt road over to Nyali is recommended."

"The hotel was really beautiful, with great facilities, lovely staff, and an absolutely stunning beach — actually the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. We really liked the rooms. They were well maintained, but due to the humidity in the climate, there was some wear and tear, which is to be expected in this kind of environment. We stayed there at the beginning of the rainy season, which made the experience feel even more special. It almost felt as if the entire hotel and all the staff were there just for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and service-minded. The only thing I would rate slightly lower was the food in the all-inclusive package. The Indian dishes were absolutely delicious, but surprisingly, the local food was not as flavorful. That said, everything was clean, tidy, and very hygienic. The fruit station was especially lovely. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and the hotel gave us a truly wonderful holiday experience."
