Our charming original build constructed home sits at the center of Kennewick, WA. The surrounding neighborhoods offer tree lined streets of beautiful fall colors and individually constructed style from a time before. Just a 2-minute drive to highway 395: grocery - retail - entertainment and mom & pop shops are just a short trip away! Our favorite recommendations for all areas of interest are available for your viewing pleasure.

Please make yourself at home in our newly renovated 2-story residence. Upstairs you will find a large family room and large kitchen overlooking the back yard and pool area (available on a seasonal basis June-Sept). Large windows in the in-formal dining area offer views of the outside patio and pool area for guests to feel engaged whether inside, enjoying a cup of jor or outside soaking up the sun.

Three main bedrooms make up of the second half of the upstairs. A beautifully placed main bedroom is a true gem leading to the back patio direct access and offers a queen size bed. A second queen size bed for a more intimate setting is available in the second bedroom. The third and largest bedroom offers a queen and twin size bed, reading area and lots of room to play and relax. All rooms offer ample closet and shelve space to unpack and feel at home. Just across the bedrooms is the main full bath upstairs (make sure to take a peek at the original glass natural lighting unique to the era). Also available is a 1/2 bath upstairs for the extra long showers we all know happen with large and small families!

Head downstairs to the work or play zone. A fully functioning bar greets you at the bottom of the stairs equipped with dishwasher, wine chiller and mini fridge. Grab a drink and play a round of pool or enjoy the theatre ambiance and surround sound system of our basement theatre area.

When it’s time to work venture into our home office. Lighting can be customized from dimmed long hours on the screen to well lit zoom calls. The office also includes a lounge area for the quiet moments to decompress before family time. The included futon also seconds for the final single bed offered.

Don’t feel the need to go upstairs for a quick restroom break from the fun - downstairs offers a full bath and laundry for all your families needs up-down-and ALL AROUND.
