Such a cozy stay- idyllic beach cottage in a perfect location in the middle of kennebunk & kennbunkport downtown areas. less than 10 mins to beaches.

A fun, rainy stay in Kennebunk

Nick’s place was great for our small family escape. It’s much larger than it appears and was setup well for our dog and toddler. The location is great, quietly tucked away from Dock Square (5 min drive) and some of the most popular beaches (4 min drive).

Perfect Location

The three of us were very comfortable staying in this quaint little cottage. WiFi worked perfectly. Very cozy comfy living room and dining room. Kitchen cleanliness did not meet our expectations. However we had a pleasant stay.

Great house close to beaches and downtown

We stayed July 4th weekend for a family wedding in Kennebunk Port. The house is in a great location, only minutes from the town and a walkable distance to the beach. The house is spacious and laid out well. The air conditioning kept the house cool on hot days. The large kitchen was nice. The owner was easy to contact and accommodating.

Had to cut our stay short due to the condition of the home. The host stated the home was newly renovated but unfortunately that wasn’t true. The home was still under construction when we arrived. Blinds were missing from the bedrooms and bathrooms. Large amount of dust on all surfaces, paint all over the hardwood floor and no space in the master closet to store clothing.

Kennebunk house

My husband and i rented this home for three days. We brought my elderly mother and sister. Nick,the owner, was very accomadating and allowed us to bring our dog. We were in the area to visit family. The house is lovely. It was accessible for my mother all one floor. It is nicely decorated...lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay. Great location !!
