Luxury Home overlooking the stunning Kells Bay

You can relax in this luxurious cosy purpose built home while taking in the magnificent views of Kells Bay. This beautiful house has been decorated to a high standard and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It boasts comfortable beds, wifi, central heating and its very own basketball court. While it is a very peaceful location you are on the spot for amazing beaches, a trip round the famous Ring of Kerry, a walk along the Kerry Way or Beach Horse Riding with Burkes.

The property consists of a kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a sitting room and another double bedroom.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The town of Cahersiveen & village of Glenbeigh are both about 15 minutes drive from the property.
Kells is an old picturesque fishing village situated halfway between Glenbeigh and Cahersiveen. It is a quiet and peaceful place undisturbed by recent developments and is home to Kells Beach, one of Kerry`s Blue Flag beaches (some refer to it as Kells Bay). There are beautiful views of Dingle bay and the Blasket Islands from this region. To get the best views you need to head to an area close by called `mountain stage`. From here with the mountains as a backdrop (old railway tunnels run through the mountain from a bye gone era) you can get great views, weather permitting, of the coastline . The beautifully engineered `Gleesk Viaduct` (an old railway bridge) built in 1892 can also be seen from here.
If you are into hill walking then a stage of the `Kerry Way` passes here, an ideal days activity. Also in the area you will find Kells Bay Gardens. An old Victorian Garden containing one of the foremost collections of Southern Hemisphere sub-tropical plants in Europe on almost 18 hectares assembled from Australia originally but more recently from New Zealand and South America. Well worth a visit and also including a great Thai Restaurant, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Kells Beach is a lovely sandy beach with a small harbour and is about a 7-8 minute drive away. It is an idyllic spot for a day out on the northern coastline of the Iveragh Peninsula. It is small and sheltered, the sand is fine and there are many rock pools to explore, fascinating for children.

Glenbeigh which boasts the amazing Rossbeigh beach is only a 10-12 minute drive away. You can also go Bech Horse Riding here.

The town of Cahersiveen & village of Glenbeigh are both about 15 minutes drive from the property which is located on the main Ring Of Kerry Road. You can travle by car or bike and taxi numbers are also provided.
