«Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star»

«Nice decor. Next to Sunshine Central mall which is super convenient with many food and retail options. Nice size pool with a view and the gym was handy when it rained.»

«At the point I came in, property is indore need of repair. The inner main door handle is broken and requires effort to open from inside especially in view that the door is partially broken. The bathroom also need major overhauling. Sorry I can't honestly give better rating under the present conditions and service.»

«Personalet var så hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Beliggenheten var også helt super. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake 😊»

«Veldig bra hotel Gode senger og godt renhold Veldig hyggelig og service innstilt personale Grei mat Fint opphold totalt sett»

«It was a very nice hotel clean and space . Stuffs are nice»

«快適に生活するには十分な設備でした。朝食会場は隣なので少し迷いました。»

«Nice location when working at the university»

«Grei beliggenhet om man vil på shopping, men et stykke fra havneområdet og little india - der det er mer serverdigheter. Vi tok taxi ned (ca. 20RM) og gikk hjem (2km). Noe kjedelig frokost, men koselig og moderne hotell med meget godt service og gode senger. Anbefales :)»

«Dårlig service cleaning manglet . Ringte og ba om nye håndklær og vann men ingen kom . Måtte gå ned og hente selv »

«We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile.»
