Spartia is a quiet little village, where the homes of local residents mingle with villas and holiday residences. Walking through the narrow streets of Spartia, you feel enveloped in a pleasant silence and surrounded by the delicate scent of flowers, wild sage and the sea.

It is a 5-minute walk to the centre of the village where a minimarket, cafeteria and restaurant are available.
The nearest beach is 1 km away and offers both sandy spots and rocky ledges from which to dive, admire underwater caves or swim with turtles.
The road leading to the beach is sloping so the return trip may seem a little strenuous, which is why it is definitely recommended to have a vehicle with which to travel.
A 10-minute drive takes you to the main town of Argostoli, where you can find large supermarkets, clubs, restaurants and all kinds of services. The town is always very lively and crowded.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is an oven, induction hob, dishwasher as well as a coffee maker and kettle, crockery, pots and utensils of all kinds.
On the balcony, overlooking the pool and garden, you can have lunch or dinner in peace and quiet, even ordering dinner at the nearby restaurant.

All bed, bath and kitchen linen is available and is changed several times a week.
Cleaning is done daily.
