We are on 3 acres of land, providing plenty of green space in the backyard, perfect to enjoy lawn games, and ample parking spaces for guests. The cottage is rustic but sleek, fully equipped with all brand new furniture, mattresses, and linens.

Our cottage is ideal for couples or families seeking relaxation, lakeside campfires, and breathtaking sunsets! Guests have access to entire house and yard (158'x925') as well as the local community park

The huge water jars for drinking and cooking during your stay.

Water levels in the Kawarthas fluctuate from season to season but the overall landscape is similar and still keeps the water safe

There is no boat launch on the property

Wood is free to use if present on fire rack next to cottage, otherwise wood bags available for purchase at Sebright General store

Full range of life jackets available in garage but bring your own to be sure for your own safety.

All guests must wear a life jacket while operating any boat, including kayaks, canoe and paddle board and guests assume all risks when conducting any activities on the property

Please put away dry life jackets

Hardy Lake Provincial Park - features a boardwalk that crosses the lake onto a tiny island ~ 45 min
Mara Provincial Park: Located just south of Sebright, Mara Provincial Park offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and a sandy beach on Lake Simcoe. It's an excellent spot for swimming, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
