«A family run hotel with excellent service and a friendly staff! The location couldn't be better!»

«They don't know anything how to run hospitality business . totally disappointed with their service»

«Beautiful views, but disappointing for the price I stayed at The Terraces for two nights of a planned five-night stay, paying approximately $260 per night including taxes. I was disappointed enough to leave early, forfeiting payment for three unused nights. The property has beautiful mountain views, lovely landscaping, and amenities including a heated pool and yoga. However, much of the hotel feels dated, worn, and inadequately maintained. I encountered issues including a bathroom leak, noisy ...

«Location is right next to Durbar Square. Staff and service were great.»

«Loved everything about this hotel!»

Although the building is in a traditional and atmospheric style, it has been very well renovated and maintained. «We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..»

«Very gorgeous room, Friendly staff, Very good place for family. Only winter season some time hot water problem.»

«The garden and the terrace areas are beautiful with flowers and vegetation. Fantastic mountain, sunrise views from the rooftop, just ignore the building site in the background. Hotel is old, and the bathroom is in original state. However the beds are comfortable, and warm water in the shower arrives after a short while. The garden villa area is quiet during the night, but might have some insects, mostly just harmless bees visiting the flowers. All in all a pleasant stay, food is ...

«Brand new hotel. Spacious rooms, mine had jacuzzi in humongous bathroom. Comfortable bed, A/C and everything you need for a perfect stay. Staff is super helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this place for your stay.»

«Nice place with authentic Nepali design and a great view on mountains. There’s a fireplace inside the room which really cool for cold nights. Kind and helpful stuff. »
