This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in globally. The staff were attentive and tried to help with anything we had questions about. The dining options were fantastic as well. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and this is a hotel that convinced me I should book my stays solely at Marriott properties going forward.

This property excels in all phases of accommodation. But what sets it head a shoulders above others is the staff. Outstanding is an understatement. The team at Marriott Kathmandu is the best I have ever experienced. In all my years of travel I have not come across a more well managed group of professionals anywhere. In particular the restaurants - all of which were excellent, innovative and creative. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. I will be back.

First class staff and incredible service!! Rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean. Really love this property. We also had a very large business function there and it was so well organized with your staff. We wouldn't think od staying anywhere else in Kathmandu.

Memorable experience staying at Marriot Kathmandu, the best hotel I've ever found in Kathmandu, Nepal. Comfortable room, delicious food (I like Mutton Biryani Rice), friendly staff, feels like home. Thanks to all Marriot Kathmandu staff, and also to Rashila and other restaurant staff who are always ready to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will come back another time, thank you very much.

Super Polite Staff, Clean and Comfie
Romi and the hostess at Thamel Kitchen, and everyone were polite, attentive. Staff at check-in as well. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both on-site restaurants were super delicious. This is by far one of my favorite stays at a Marriott and all of hotels.

Everything is wonderful. They even had a free shuttle to go to the airport. But the weirdest thing happened. The Hotel receptionist(a guy)called the shuttle driver en route. He said I didn't pay the hotel bill. The thing is I settled the restaurant 6 hours prior to my checking-out. The other receptionist all knew I've already paid for hotel via Expedia. But out of the blue, after I left for the airport, the guy was trying to double-charge me...

Wonderful hotel, extremely well maintained/clean and very attentive staff. We would like to give a special "shout-out" to Sandip, our server at Thamel Kitchen on 2 occasions during our stay - he was attentive, charismatic, friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty when he brought my jacket, which I inadvertently left in the restauratn, up to our room.

Good hotel in Kathmandu. some staff, in particular from the food court, do not correspond to the level of this hotel. Management needs to pay more attention to staff training! On the other hand, the reception staff showed their Best! and showed their professionalism in solving any problems!
