Dear Mr Selim,Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. We think your rating is unfair to our property. Firstly, because did you rate based on someone scratching your car and we didn't find the culprit. We searched with you to find out who might have scratched your car, we wrongfully accused a couple of customers because they had marks on their cars, you created a disturbance and that's your thanks. No Mr. Selim, we are not required to have cameras in the parking place, this does not make us anything less than a 4 star hotel. If you also read the infobook in your room, you would know that we do not take any responsibility for our customers' cars. Obviously you are confirming to us so that we will never again deal with a customer who will have a similar problem to yours. Thank you very much for your negative rating, sorry about your scratched car.

First of all, the green light in the room is required by law in case of fire, power outage etc. Furthermore, as you said we turned of the music from the pool bar as soon as you told us about it even though it wasn't the time for the bar to close.
