Another Excellent Stay

We had a great time at Villa Minori once again. The house has had some recent updates(great new air conditioners in each room), there was a bottle of white wine and some essentials waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. We had the pool to ourselves. It’s an amazingly clean house, can’t recommend enough!

Minori villa

Stunning views car required if you don’t use public transport ( Dolmus )quite a few steps down to the villa quiet location when we were there.Bedding and towels only changed once during our three week stay and villa cleaned only once as well this was after we highlighted that it was not done.It does say it would be done once per week did not happen

This Villa is an amazing 3 bedroom located on the Kaş Peninsula with amazing views and a great safe home that has everything you need for a single or family stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Minori

We had a fabulous time at Villa Minori- it’s a beautiful villa in an enviable position on the Kas Peninsula. Villa was immaculate and lots of gorgeous outside space to enjoy meals overlooking the beautiful Aegean. All in all a fantastic place to stay. We hired a car which I think is needed but did get the Dolmus into town a few times - the dolmus stop being right outside the villa. The owner Jeff was really very helpful. Can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous holiday

Just got back from a two week stay at Villa Minori. What a fantastic villa, the location is brilliant, stunning views. The villa has everything you need, lots of space inside and out. The outside space works really well with different areas that offer shade/ full sun at different times of the day. The pool is fabulous, lots of room and what a view! Just to note that it is shared with the villa in front however only used by their adult daughter when she visits, and then only in the evening after 7, only used twice whilst we were there. This would not stop me booking this villa as it really does not take anything away from the experience. Big thank you to Irfan who cleaned the pool every day and brought us fresh bread. Kas is a lovely town, although we hired a car we used the local bus to get into town in the evening, just hop on outside the villa, 50p per person, comes along every 20 mins. Jeff was really helpful and prompt with replies for any queries we had . I would absolutely reccomend this villa, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful, well looked after villa in a great location.

We stayed in this villa for one week at the end of August and absolutley loved it. Having stayed in Kas before we already knew that we loved the area and where we wanted to stay, and this is a great villa in a great location. The villa itself is very well looked after and has everything you could possibly need for a holiday. We didn't really use the kitchen, but is essentially a home from home. The lounge / dining area is spacious and comfortable for either dining or relaxing, and each of the bedrooms was very comfortable and had plenty of space for storage. Three bathrooms was more than enough for five people for a week! There is plenty of room outside for relaxing, sunbathing, eating etc on the well maintained terraces, and furniture to suit all of the above. The pool is fantastic and well looked after. And if that isn't enough the views from the terrace and pool areas are amazing. The owner was very helpful in making sure that we had all the information we needed for our stay and there is plenty more information at the villa to make sure that you enjoy your stay. On top of that Irfan, who came to clean the pool each day, delivered some essentials on our first day to make sure that our holiday got off to an lovely start and brought us fresh bread every morning. Also nice to know that there is someone around to offer local help if you need it. Location is tough to beat. Far enough away from the town centre to be thoroughly relaxing, but close enough to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops which Kas has to offer. All in all, a great place and would definitely go back for another holiday or two!!

Stunning views lovely villa

Our fifth trip to Kas, first time at this villa which is a lovely villa a home from home. Facilities exceeded our expectation. Used the cinema room a couple of evenings. Very spacious and comfortable, the outside seating area was very useful with covered shade. One bedroom on top floor, open living area on ground floor, 2 bedrooms bathroom, cinema room and laundry room on lower floor. Lots of room for us as a family to spread out. The location is peaceful as away from the busy town centre. Gardener very helpful, delivering fresh bread each morning if wanted. Dolmas bus every 30 minutes picked up at top of villa steps we used most days for dinner out in the evening 50p approx each way, ideal. Would definitely book again when we visit Kas next time.

Beautifully Laid Out with Stunning Views

We absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous villa, watching the sunset and lounging around the pool. Great location with a short drive to town, although we could've happily just stayed in the villa. Everything was very new and clean. Highly recommend it and will definitely go back soon.

Stunning, wonderfully charming and luxurious.

Our trip to Turkey was wonderful and was largely made so by this villa; its location, stunning views and high quality enabled an unparalleled experience which we will not forget. A flawless experience from the accommodation location and amenities inside, to the setup and organisation of staying, this villa is very well maintained and the added bonus of all the available amenities inside made life very easy which is essential to a successful holiday break. Also I mustn't forget to mention or underplay the pool and views - which are brilliant. The villa is very close to Kas as well as some of the surrounding sites/ attractions ( beaches, archaeological sites, and nature reserves - I particularly enjoyed visiting the Sunken City at Kekova beach). The locals were also all very helpful and the area (not just Kas but further afield too) felt incredibly safe. We will definitely return and would thoroughly recommend this place to others.

Amazing stay in a truly beautiful villa

I have just returned from a stay at Villa Minori and the only word I can think of to describe the villa and surroundings is WOW. I have worked in the travel industry for many years, normally staying in 4/5 Star hotels, and have high expectations from my holidays. This villa exceeds all comparisons to any hotel I have ever stayed in before. It was simply beautiful, just like the surroundings it is set in. The villa is set on three levels and upon entering the villa you walk in to a huge open plan living / dining area, with the kitchen just off the dining area. The master bedroom is on the top floor and the views from the balcony are unbelievable. The bottom floor hosts two bedrooms, one double and one twin which are both nice sizes, followed by a cinema room and a second bathroom. The outside areas of the villa have amazing views and a lovely outside dining area which we took advantage of when we had a bbq one evening. Overall, if you are looking for a home from home holiday experience, in an amazing villa with beautiful views, look no further than Villa Minori. I only wish my company sold this villa so I could tell all my customers about it; I am positive it would be a sell out every year. I cannot wait to return and would love nothing more than to make this an annual trip. Amber

5 Stars Holiday

I just spend 7 marvellous days in Villa Minori, and can´t wait to come back there! The attention to the detail was first class from the moment we arrived. We found a stocked fridge (milk, coffee, jam, fresh bread, a few beers and a bottle of wine) as a welcome pack, brilliant Wi-Fi, beautiful decoration and a new appliances, beach towels, flat TV with loads of DVDs to watch and all the local channels,… and the list could go on. But the best are the views, absolutely stunning, so amazing that is difficult to explain… better go and check it for yourself! Thanks to the good location of the Villa surrounded by sea, in the Penisnula, you´ll never get tired of those views, doesn’t matter if you are by the pool, on the outside sofas or at the table next to them. The villa in the inside is beautifully decorated and huge, 3 double bed-room, two of them with a big balcony facing the sea, a big and full kitchen and a magnificent dinning-room. The locals are really friendly and smiley and tried to help us in every way they could, even though there was no need as Kas is a very safe place, people happily leaving their wallets and phones out in view on tables (something you would never do where I’m from in Barcelona!), or young kids playing on their own. I highly recommend that you go, you won´t be disappointed.

Holiday to remember

I am a 26 year old female, travelled with 3 others aged between 25 and 35. Before booking the holiday I researched the villa and the reviews were all extremely positive, however on arrival it completely blew us away! The villa is furnished to the highest standard and the views are absolutely breath taking. The pool area is private, very clean and more than we could of possibly wished for. The gardener is a lovely gentleman who would deliver fresh bread every morning. I feel that Kas is a hidden gem of Turkey; it has everything you could ask for whilst on holiday. Catering for all ages with lots of beautiful restaurants, shops and bars along with many beautiful sights to enjoy. There is something for everybody, bars with a relaxed atmosphere and also places to have a little dance if the mood takes you. Ultimately, this villa definitely made my Kas experience a truly memorable trip. I would, and have, recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

So lucky to find this Villa

We were fortunate enough to stay for 9 days in the midst of our Turkey travels at Villa Minori. It was everything that was stated on the website and more. The villa itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was superb and the outdoor living areas were exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcoming basket was very much appreciated, everything you need for your breakfast and more. As there were only two of us, we didn't have to use the first floor but our bedroom on the third floor was lovely and had a terrific view from the balcony. The pool man came every day and brought fresh bread if desired. The information booklet provided was very useful and gave lots of suggestions of where to go and what to see including a trip to the barber for a shave and haircut for my husband! All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we had weather of 28 degrees everyday. Thanks Jeffery for everything including directions from Antayla airport. If you don't want to just swim in the lovely pool everyday there are lots of fantastic places to go including great beaches and ruins and a boat trip to a Greek Island, Meis and the Blue Cave! There is also great bus service if you don't have a car.

Wonderfully relaxing

We spent a week in this wonderful villa, only two of us in a villa for six. Everything was perfect, the living space in the house is very large, the kitchen is well equipped, the outside space is very relaxing, comfortable sofas and chairs. There are great views for the terrace we had 7 amazing sunsets. There are very good eating places within walking distance, the lovely town of Kas just a short drive, and many places to visit.

Fantastic late season holiday

We were 3x50+ couples going very late in the season. I was not expecting the holiday that resulted. I would place it in the top 5 ever. Firstly the villa itself was beautiful. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, comfortable , tasteful and uncluttered. The outside areas were more than adequately furnished for all of us to enjoy the night after night of stunning sunsets, whilst dining or just relaxing. The pool was pretty chilly but it was late October. I am a keen swimmer so I swam in the sea every day which was a 5 minute (steepish) walk away and a beautiful temperature. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. The top bedroom has a spectacular view, with a balcony, 2 chairs and a table. Very romantic! The kitchen was very well provided, with everything that you would need for a stay. Generous supply of pool/sun deck towels. Because it was late in the season we lost the sun at about 5pm so our evening meal was taken indoors at the very large dining table. We even availed ourselves, one evening, of the excellent home cinema room, which was easy to operate. The grounds and pool are looked after by a very amiable local man who visits every day and brings fresh bread if required. If you are feeling energetic, there is a picturesque 3 mile circular walk from the Villa around the peninsular. Once you know the times, the local bus service (Dolmus) to Kas was very useful. It picks you up from right outside the Villa. We hardly used the car, the bus was much more fun, and we could have a drink! I had never been to Turkey before and didn't really know what to expect. I was stunned by the scenery, pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and warmth of the local people. We all enjoyed the holiday and the Villa so much that we are planning a return visit.

Villa Minori - Great !

Villa is superb and everything it says on the web and more. The views are breathtaking, pool is great and the villa is as spacious as you need to feel completely relaxed and spoiled. Beautifully clean on arrival and depending on bookings arrival times for us have always been very flexible (we've been many times before and will visit again) Great access to Kas via regular Dolmus (bus) stops outside villa. From Kas access to many sightseeing and beach places either by bus or boat. Close to Kaputas, Kalcan, Patara beach, Saklikant gorge, Kakova (sunken city) .... Every holiday at the villa for us has been 10/10 Enjoy :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Minori in August. We have been to Kas many times over the years and it is a lovely place where there are as many Turkish holiday makers as foreigners so it has a very different feel to ?little Britain? (Kalkan) down the coast. The villa itself is well positioned on the tip of the Peninsula and surprisingly is not really over looked by all the villas around it. It has a wonderful easterly aspect looking out over the sea and along the coast. The main double bedroom, with its own bathroom and balcony, is situated on the first floor with wonderful views over the sea. On the ground floor, along with the main entrance and downstairs shower, is the kitchen and living/dining room with high ceiling. Below the ground floor is another floor (lower ground floor?) with two further double bedrooms and the cinema room and a utility room. This floor was pleasantly cool presumably due to it being built into the rocks and having no real direct sunlight (villas are mostly built on very steep ground around the Peninsular). The interior of the property is modern and uncluttered which is ideal for a holiday let and is well maintained. It was well equipped throughout, although the kitchen could have done with a good orange squeezer! There is a nice 8m x 4m pool which is to the side of the building and more or less on the same level as the ground floor, with great views out over the sea. However we were somewhat surprised and disappointed to see a sign by the pool saying that it was shared with Villa Bella. This is a villa built in the same grounds but just below Villa Minori and shares the same access path and carport up on the main road. There had been no mention on the website of sharing and although the pool and area around it was fine for us (2 adults and 3 teenagers) another five or six people using it would have made it cramped! As it transpired Villa Bella was rented out to a quiet Turkish couple who seemed uninterested in the pool but it could have been different. When this was pointed out to the owner he said that he hadn?t listed it on the website as private because it wasn?t and hadn?t put shared because often it wasn?t, so I guess you take your chances and by reading this you will be better informed to make a choice. (Incidentally Villa Bella in their listing on this website states their pool is shared.)
