«Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay disappointing.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. One of the main reasons we booked this property was to use the saunas, but unfortunately they never got hot enough to really enjoy. That took away from what we were expecting from the experience.
It’s a nice place with potential, but I hope these issues ...

«Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel.»

Come-se muito bem no restaurante e o espaço é muito agradável. Bom gosto discreto, sem espalhafato. Funcionários prestáveis e cordiais. Tenciono regressar.»
