«Beautiful hotel. Spotless. Great location. Close to everything. Awesome views. Free parking. Wonderful staff. Really nice breakfast. Feels very homely.»

«Great and helpful staff.»

«Beware of the limited opening hours (till 9 - 20:00) of reception. Makes it a tad more complicated if you have needs outside those hours. Also difficult to find because the hotel name is not stated on the door or bulding. On the outside it looks like it is called Bohemia Hotel. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. Very centrally located to everything you would want to see in the charming old town.»

«Nice place, beautiful house and friendly staff. »

«From the moment we walked in with our cross-continent backpacks in tow the staff was attentive, helpful and kind. The property was just what we needed for our ladies meet up in Czechia, Amsterdam-Seattle. The room was spacious and clean. The pillow menu was lovely. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa ...

«This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks»

«The hotel stay was good and average in general. For most of the things except the few following, there is no parking around or very expensive parking, breakfast is not in the same building, you need to walk to the other hotel, which was old and breakfast was below average in my opinion. And the last one is, there is live music right next to the hotel every single night until 2200-2300.. »

«OK hotel. Neither amazing nor awful. We had a hard time finding the building and a sign would be convenient. »

«Fint hotell i spennende historiske omgivelser.

«Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver.»
