Stayed here on a visit from the US with my two adult kids. We felt very safe in this hotel. They take precautions to protect guests while also offering great amenities. The food was awesome (esp the buffet breakfasts!) and our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great facilities available onsite. I would definitely stay here again.

Movenpick hotel is a very good choice the overal impression is perfect and the price reasonable. All staf/personnel is very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are clean in in perfect state. The rooms are big clean nicely decorated, perfect beds, fresh fruit in the room and enough space for your clothing etc. My stay for 14 days . Generally good but with some clear downsides
The hotel staff are great and the rooms are comfortable. The internet works well and the powercuts you might face in other luxury hotels in Pakistan don't happen here. However, there are some downsides. The hotel and rooms are a little bit dated and there are stains on carpets etc.. Although the staff were kind enough to let me check in early, unfortunately I was given a smoking room - I didn't realize at first because they used some perfume to cover it up, and by the time that had faded away, I had already settled in. Great value for money though.

Wonderful stay at a perfect location
Had a great experience at Movenpick Karachi. Service is top notch all around - from bell service to servers at the dining area. Breakfast selections were amazing, including halwa poori everyday, and they will make fresh tea of your liking upon request. Hi tea on Fri/ Sat/ Sun is super for the price. They also have a complimentary chocolate hour where you can indulge in some fine chocolates in the evening. Spa/ gym area was very nice and the outdoor pool looked very clean (although I didn't try either). The staff was also very courteous - they'll help carry your bag to your room or to the car (super five stars for them)! Daily cleaning was to perfection as well. Only downside was you have to request an iron every time and place it outside when you're done. Room service was prompt, but the only downside was when I ordered a dinner item and tea, I suppose they started making tea at the same time and it got done earlier and was delivered lukewarm. Apart from these minor incidents, the stay was perfect! Shopping at Clifton or Sadr is just within 15 mins and there's always cabs nearby that can be requested. Highly recommended for their service and ideal location.

The air-conditioning system had a very strong smell of smoke. After 2 days we developed allergy from it. Had to change rooms. Non-smoking rooms having strong smoking smell !.

The iron was broken, basic services like scissors unavailable, ordering breakfast to the room after breakfast hours took too long, the bathroom had a drainage problem. I would not recommend Movenpick to anyone finding a 5 star hotel because this is far from 5 star.
