Clean and fresh getaway!

This place was very clean and convenient! Check in was very simple, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and style! The location was great and near a little shopping area. The easy access to the beach was also a pleasant surprise. We would happily stay here again!

Charming condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: J8 is a short walk to the Coconut Market Place for an awesome market, restaurants, and shops. the condo is cute, clean, and well stocked with plenty of linens and beach necessities. AC works great! J8 sits right at the walking path and is a short walk to the water. this is not a swimming beach, nice for walks and beautiful sunrises. Even being on the path, never had a bit of noise. Washer & dryer on site, for a small fee. Garden Island was always quick to answer questions, they are a pleasure to work with. Convenient to drive to the North and South shores for the day! I have to say everything was perfect.

Nice Condo Centrally Located

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in unit J8. It is well maintained with a cozy feel. There is a nice laundry room in the building also. The location is centrally located and made it easy to go north or south in a short amount of time. The only challenge was the “beach” across the road. It is not a nice beach at all. More like an impassable lava field preventing access to the ocean. Many homeless tents there also. Not a deal breaker, because of the numerous nice beaches near by. There is also a very nice shopping area within walking distance.

Perfect Place to Come Back to After a Long Day of Adventures

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I chose to stay here for our "babymoon" and we were not disappointed with that decision. We wanted somewhere that felt like home to come back to after a long day of beach going, hiking, exploring, etc and this was exactly that. It's tough to decide what was the best part - the location or the place itself. The location was perfect for exploring the whole island - nothing is more than an hour away and for the most part everything we wanted was within a 20-40min drive. The ability to walk onto the beach was amazing as well - we took advantage of that every sunny morning we had to enjoy the sunrise. The place itself was well decorated and had everything we needed. Be sure to go to the room and look in all the cabinets before you go to the store - they likely have many things you think you may need. Would definitely stay again.

Issues with Amenities

Location of unit was easy to get to many things on the island and close to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was well furnished and decorated and fairly clean. They provided chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys which was a big plus! Beyond that amenities for the building had issues. We had a delay in our arrival and tried to called after hours security upon check in, they do not pickup their phones. Trying to figure out how to pay for laundry was a nightmare and expensive and property management has no idea and provides the wrong information. Pool was dirty and full of bugs. I ended up developing a rash after staying on this property. Hot tub was not working.

This property is perfect for you if you’re looking for something affordable, stylish, and conveniently located. It is not the best choice for those wanting to be beachside on a picture perfect shore. We were traveling with the goal to hike and snorkel all over the island, so it wasn’t as big a deal where we stayed! We loved how cute the decor was and having a kitchen :)

Everything was clean and easy. The only additional thing that could be added is a small curtain over the glazed window beside the door that leads to the breezeway.

Convenient and Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfectly located about 1 block from the beach, the PLANTATION PLAZA and a market. It had access to all the amenities [hot tub, pool, beach, shops]. The inside was beautiful and well kept. Easy check in and check out. Only disconnect was changing some business between Property Management and the billing side [since we were forced to change our plans related to arrival date, due to torrential winds]

Vacation at Plantation Hale

This is a well maintained older property. It is not a beach resort, not convenient to the beach, but you can get there. The kitchen and bath are updated and nice. The unit is very clean and quiet. The king bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress that I would give an A+. The sleeper sofa and chair are very uncomfortable. Plantation Hale is located next to the Coconut Marketplace which has lots of shopping etc. Long's Drug and Safeway are just down the street. It is a nice place to stay if you are not expecting the beach at your doorstep. It has several nice pools.

Great location for being on the east side. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. I loved and got to enjoy the jacuzzi after my long hikes. The ladies at the Garden suites were really helpful. Connected me with a concierge Derek who was amazing in guiding me on tours and excursions and so much more. Overall I would stay here again.
