Lae Nani 423, Stunning og havutsikt, nylig ombygde I Smak Island Decor

Vår leilighet på havet har nylig blitt ombygd med alle nye møbler, kjøkkenutstyr og benkeplater, Smart TV, vindusdekk og en ny, komfortabel king size-seng. Fra innsiden av vår enhet og fra vår Lanai har vi en fantastisk utsikt over havet og strandområdet og den vakre Wailua Bay.
Lai Nani betraktes som perlen på Kauai østside eller "kokosnøttkysten". Begrunnelse er vakkert anlagt med tropiske blomster, palmer trær og store plener. Det er inngjerdet privat parkering, vaskerom på stedet, ved siden av en svømmbar strand, et stort oppvarmet svømmebasseng, og gangavstand til gode restauranter og bondens marked to ganger i uken. Det er et beskyttet havbasseng, eller Keiki Pool, for barn som grenser til eiendommen. Lae Nani ligger 10 minutter nord for Lihue flyplass, midt mellom Poipu og Hanalei, så det ligger sentralt for å utforske begge sider av øya. Det er en bar høyde bord ute på Lanai å nyte tropiske måltider mens du nyter den beroligende bølger. Vi tilbyr boogie boards, badehåndklær og kjøleboks for bruk av våre gjester.

This is the best Hawaii condo we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in plenty! The view, set back a short distance from the beach to include the beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping, is magical! We spent most of our week on the lanai or on the beach in front of it- no need to go anywhere for a perfect relaxing getaway! Howard and Patti generously allow the use of a top-shelf espresso machine for morning coffee and we took full advantage! The master bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed with heavy-bottomed skillets for sauteeing that swordfish from the local market, and the high-topped dining chairs on the lanai allow a perfect view table for dining. There are great take-out restaurants at Coconut Marketplace, a three-minute walk away, and the Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant next door offers dining on the beach for a special evening. Really, it's the best!! Mahalo Howard and Patti for sharing your perfect Kapaa home!!!

The view, landscaping, walking path, and access to a fun and yummy restaurant were all excellent.The unit including a dirty shower, old soft couch and soft bed took away from our stay. We were willing to pay a high price because the property and the view looked worth it, but I do think the owners might address our complaints and it would be much nicer. They also need to have directions on how to work the TV.

This is a beautiful condo!. Very tastefully decorated and desired amenities. The owner provided many necessities for a wonderful stay, including an espresso maker which we used every day! The view to the ocean is unhindered and a delight all day long. We enjoyed many evenings on the balcony soaking up the beauty. The pool area was also beautiful and relaxing surrounded by tropical plants and ocean view. The condo is in a great location, it seemed central to many activities and eateries. In fact, we walked to several restaurants during our 8 day stay. It was pretty warm during our stay and appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom for sleeping and the see through blinds in the living area when needed. We would stay there again.

Great time in Kauai

Perfect relaxing location. We really enjoyed venturing out in the mornings and relaxing at the beach in the afternoon. The owners were very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely we coming back and staying at the same place.

Best possible place to stay

We’re thrilled to give this VRBO a 10 of 10, as it exceeded all our expectations. We walked in the door and were instantly drawn to the mesmerizing view of the ocean! The location is excellent within the island and within the development. The view of the beach is as lovely as it appears in the pictures (and yes, they let you walk and play on the grass). The grounds are beautifully manicured with plenty of beautiful flowers, bushes and trees all landscaped to sooth the soul! This 2nd floor location provides a clear view of it all AND even the lava rocks and sand seem to have been artistically arranged on the beach by God Himself. With a deck that has two comfortable chairs for lounging and a taller table with 4 chairs so you can view the scenery without obstruction from the porch railing.All the furniture inside the unit is more comfortable than it appears in the pictures, and airflow through the unit was refreshing. We were concerned that the unit might be too warm, as there is air conditioning only in the bedroom, but our concern was unfounded. We only used the AC at night and were very comfortable throughout the unit for the rest of the day. From the deck (lanai?), we watched people enjoying the ocean throughout the day, while we ourselves made use of the lovely swimming pool nearly every day. If you need the laundromat, or the tennis court, they are both close at hand.The host was outstanding both via phone or text! We would definitely stay here again!

Kauai - A wonderful week

We really enjoyed the Lae Nani Resort. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the lanai. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk for food and beverage every night, which was very convenient after long days exploring the beautiful island of Kauai. We hope to be back again.

Pretty perfect place In paradise

We have stayed in VRBOs from Maine to Molokai and this is one of the best if not the best unit we have stayed in. This is a fantastic condo. It was immaculate, comfortable ,quiet, well equipped (like good quality tissues, tp, paper towels). Also, sharp knives & reasonable kitchen equipment, beach chairs, towels, comfy sofa & chairs on the lanai. Staff we interacted with were lovely. When the VRBO site was being wonky and not letting us make reservations, Howard tried valiantly to help us while the VRBO tech staff took their sweet time (but it was eventually fixed and we successfully made our reservation). Loved the location near a nice walking path. Could walk to a number of restaurants and shops & not too long a drive to northern beaches or points south. Great pool, big enough for lap swimming. We truly hope to return here soon.

Wonderful 5 Year Anniversary

We loved our stay at Lae Nani. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We ate out on the balcony almost every night. The beautiful view was too good to pass up! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the overall location of the condo is good for exploring the whole island. Howard and Patti were great hosts. They were easy to contact when needed and very accommodating.

Best vacation in 20 years

The condo is centrally located and complete with all amenities including swimming pool , shared laundry , tennis /pickle ball court. The grounds/property were immaculate and secure. The unit was very tastefully decorated and had everything needed to make great meals.The king size bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom. A/C unit in the bedroom was very much appreciated.The location being ocean front had amazing views from the lani & kitchen while preparing meals. This is truly a paradise

Amazing condo!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The views from both inside and outside on the lanai were outstanding. The location was great and allowed for short walks to many great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, and cocktail places. The owners welcome book had many recommendations with their favorite restaurants, etc. and we tried many of them and loved them all. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were accommodating with our check out time. We had the best week and can’t wait to come back. Cannot recommend this rental enough!

We loved our stay at Lae Nani 423!

We loved our stay at Lae Nani 423! When we come back to Kauai, we will stay here again. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, we loved watching the ocean and listening to the waves right in front of us. The condo was much bigger and nicer than the pictures can show. It's an easy walk to Coconut Marketplace (like a small outdoor mall) with shops and restaurants. A mile away is Russell's with the best acai bowls. The location was perfect for exploring the island. The air conditioner in the bedroom was excellent and appreciated. The king sized bed was comfortable. We wouldn't change a thing.

Beautiful Hawai’i Stay

We’d had an incredible stay! The location was great for us and very manageable to get to both sides of the island. The beach right out front of the unit was so peaceful and not crowded. The unit was spacious with plenty of other accessories like beach chairs, coolers, nice coffee maker, etc. Great place to spend our honeymoon and plan on returning soon!

Gorgeous property & location, but most of unit VERY HOT

Unit is as beautiful as photos represent. Proximity to the ocean and view of is perfect. Landscaping is lovely and well maintained. Fortunately the early morning (3:00 a.m.) rooster calls were not nearby. The pool is large and clean. Unfortunately the temperatures in mid September were about 5 degrees higher than normal with the humidity about the same. The building is set back from the ocean & there was little to no breeze. The only livable space was the air conditioned bedroom. When not out on excursions, shopping, or at the pool, we had to spend way more time in the bedroom than in the lovely living / dining room or kitchen. This, despite 4 fans running. All they circulated was hot and humid air. The owners agreed that it was unseasonably hot and recommended that we return later in the year. Our neighbors shared our misery & together we decided to leave our front doors open to hopefully get some circulation. It didn’t help. We were disappointed to have a much anticipated vacation marred by so much discomfort & will not choose partial AC again. Our thanks to our hosts for their hospitality and responsiveness. They can’t control the weather.
