Wake to the view of the ocean from your master bedroom! This beautiful condo has many extras not normally found in a beachfront condo. Koa wood floor and trim as well as bookcase and dresser in the bedroom add to the elegance of this great condo.
Breakfast on your lanai and watch the kite surfers, whales in winter months and not to mention fabulous sunrises. Newly updated with new carpet, paint and furniture make this the ideal condo for your stay on The Garden Island. Our location, East side, gives you the opportunity to see all that Kauai has to offer without a lot of driving.
Walk to several great restaurants and shops. Have shave ice, ice cream and fresh fish at the Coconut Marketplace next door. And, buy local produce there twice a week from the farmer's market.
Our beach is the best swimming beach on the East side and even has a protected ocean pool for the little ones.
This condo has portable air conditioning units in the bedrooms for added comfort for sleeping.

Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo and grounds. Perfect location for our family of four (two kiddos age 17 and 18). The kids were able to go and do without us - excellent walkability and cernerally located for adventuring to other areas of the island.

Arriving at night was a little challenging because of trying to find where exactly the condo was located on site. But other than that it was a very nice unit, great view. We’d stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The views were beautiful from both lanais and we appreciated the closet full of beach gear & toys. Check in was a breeze and we never needed to contact the owners during our stay. We love the Lae Nani complex for it walkable location to shops & a variety of restaurants, great pool and large swimmable beach area. Air conditioning was great in the bedrooms. The only thing I would suggest is air conditioning in the living area as it was very warm when the breeze died down.

Paradise View

We loved our stay in this VRBO!! The ocean view is even more amazing than the pictures portray. Also very roomy-it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 4. The resort this condo is located in is beautiful and the pool is huge, never crowed and right by the ocean. The location of it was also perfect for our Kauai vacation-shops and places to eat within walking distance and a good central point to drive north and south. Our only complaint is the master shower has some leaking going on and the master bed box spring seemed to be worn down. Other than that, we felt like we spent a week in paradise at this VRBO!

Quiet Spring Break Getaway

Perfect for me, my daughter, and her 2 friends. Quiet complex, next door to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views and easy access to warm, sandy beach with a rock shelter area for little kids to play too! If the beach isn’t your thing, a nice pool overlooks the ocean as well! Well be coming back and recommending to our friends and family.

Short of 5-stars for maintenance and amenity issues

I don't expect perfect conditions at a rental, but the main bathroom's shower door clearly has been leaking every use since it was installed. As a result, we had to mop the floor with towels after every shower, wring them out, and dry them on the lanai. The vanity's feet are rotted from the constant water damage, showing it wasn't just our mistake. The top of the vanity is not attached with any adhesive, so it shifts if you touch it (or grab it!). I won't list some other minor issues that are more or less "typical" for a rental property, but we felt these two were unacceptable condition. Beyond this, we had a good experience, as we've stayed at this same condo property before at a different unit. We do feel the property lacked some small personal touches that could help, such as a host book with tips on the area/things to do and an easier way to use the television (streaming, local DVD/Bluray collection, or any instructions+cables for connecting a personal device) if you wake up at an odd hour due to time zone differences. The property manager checked in several times, including before the trip, so communication was perfect. We just wish hope the bathroom is fixed for future guests.

Excellent location

We loved the location and will definitely stay again! Very close to restaurants, central location to tourist attractions, and there is a beach on property! The grounds and view are beautiful. Very easy check in process and lots of communication from the property manager.

Very nice unit

We rented this 2 bedroom unit in part because it had air conditioning, and we were so glad we did. It was very hot and humid when we arrived, so the A/C really helped out. This location was very quiet, which we thoroughly enjoyed, but at the same time centrally located to amenities. We weren't huge fans of the living room furniture, but it was certainly clean and usable, just not overly comfortable. It had everything we needed, except the refrigerator was on the fritz, but they had a backup refrigerator that worked out just fine. These things are bound to happen anywhere you are. The grounds are immaculate and provided great ambiance. All in all, very nice unit and we had a wonderful relaxing time.

Beautiful location and great management.

The natural beauty of this place cannot be matched! The property management company was very responsive too. After being on site for a day we noticed our freezer wasn't making ice and the fridge wasn't keeping cool enough and they replaced it right away. Highly recommend staying here!

Close to beach, beautiful lanai from living room and master bedroom

This VRBO was great. Such beautiful views and walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, coffee, and shops within walking distance. We got an incorrect code for the entry gate and side gates which is why I gave the check in process 4 stars. Thankfully we got the new codes from others staying there and the hosts responded promptly with the new codes as well.

Perfect for us

The view is AMAZING. We spent most of our time on the balcony soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beach area on the property was a perfect place to be in the ocean. We could walk to shops, a market, coffee, and a few restaurants. There is a nice path for biking, walking or running. The condo was just right for us. Although we didn’t cook meals, the kitchen has all you need for preparing your own meals. We look forward to return visits.

First time in Kauai

The condo was lovely. A bit warm in the rooms without an air conditioner. The pillows on all the beds need to be replaced. This unit does not provide a clothes washer, my fault for just assuming it did. The views are great. The location near coconut shopping center is nice to walk to after a day of diving/sight seeing. Overall a nice place to stay, just unsure if i would coose that condo again.
