Summary:

This house just underwent a major renovation in early 2022 including all new bathrooms, kitchen appliances, paint, flooring and lighting.  It is absolutely gorgeous and inviting and the perfect place to call your home away from home!



The Space:

The living room features many windows, and a 65" smart TV. The Blue Buffalo has a large dining room ready for a feast cooked in the new chef's kitchen. Kansas City themed artwork is sprinkled throughout not letting you forget where you are and celebrates many of the city's highlights and history. Each bedroom has a new king bed with a 40" Smart TV. Services provided are Sling and any app that you enjoy in your own home. High speed internet Wi-Fi is available at no additional charge.



The beautiful full-size kitchen is stocked with dishes and appliances if you should choose to make your own meals. Spend your late afternoon sipping your favorite beverage on the front porch and watch passersby walk their dogs to the dog park just 3 blocks west of the home.



***THIS HOME DOES HAVE STAIRS TO ACCESS THE FRONT DOOR.



The home is a great get away for family and friends or can accommodate a busy business traveling party who wants to be within easy walking distance of the vibrant night life of the Country Club Plaza.

Guest Access:

Use of the entire home and driveway. Garage is not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Designed in 1922, the Country Club Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery.

*No smoking of any kind in the house, including vaping.

*Parties/events/loud noise are not allowed.

*Only guests that are on the reservation are permitted on the premises.

*Illegal activity is prohibited to include, but not limited to, drug activity, prostitution and illegal possession of firearms.

*We only allow pets with responsible pet owners. Pet owners are expected to pick up after their pet, not allow excessive barking. Any pet damage would be the responsibility of the pet owner. TWO PET MAXIMUM.

*KC Stay upholds the stated cancellation policy for all reservations, including inclement weather and medical emergencies. *KC Stay may employ the use of video surveillance on the exterior of the home and/or noise detecting technology inside the premises to detect excessive noise levels.
