Challenge your group to some friendly competition in the in-home arcade, then stream the big game or your favorite shows on high-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen Roku TVs in the living room and each bedroom using your own login.



You’ll be just minutes from local dining, nightlife, shopping, downtown Kansas City, and easy highway access, making it a breeze to get to Arrowhead Stadium and all the action.

The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, cookware, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and a variety of spices—ideal for pre-game tailgate-style meals or late-night snacks after the game. Getting Around:

The most efficient modes of transportation involve driving yourself or easily accessing rides through readily available Uber or Lyft services.

-Should the no-party policy be violated, you will be requested to vacate the premises and forfeit your rental payment. We reserve the right to impose a $500 fine for breaching these regulations.



-Before booking, local guests are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.



Interaction with Guests:

Feel free to reach out through the Airbnb app if you have any questions during your stay. While we're nearby, we typically avoid direct interaction with guests unless it becomes necessary. Our aim is to ensure you feel at home, without any unwanted intrusion, during your stay away from home.
