Welcome to our beautifully restored historic space with modern amenities! This charming unit features 2 king beds and luxury linens. Enjoy the full kitchen, private bathroom, and cozy living room after exploring Kansas City. Steps away from scenic Gillham Park and a short walk to Westport's vibrant shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee spots. This property is managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management

This is the second floor of a duplex. Once inside you'll find the living room, one of the king beds, dining table and kitchen, You'll walk into the bedroom and find the other king bed and attached bathroom where the washer and dryer are located.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

This home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Southmoreland. This area is known for its mature trees and historic homes. The neighborhood is home to Kansas City's finest museum (Nelson Atkins Museum of Art), some of the greatest parks in our urban core (Gillham Park, Mill Creek Park, & Southmoreland Park), and the Kansas City Art Institute.

We are also directly next to the neighborhoods of Westport and the Country Club Plaza which have a ton of Kansas City's shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very comfortable second floor unit with two beds (one in its own bedroom), full bathroom, laundry, and full kitchen. It had everything we needed when traveling with an infant. The location was also good - easy to get around to all the main attractions in the Kansas City area. I'd recommend it as a great place to stay!

Such a fantastic stay!

My husband and I just left staying at this amazing rental. Not only was it beautiful, the unbeatable location and the great communication from the host were second to none! The place was spacious, comfortable, and had lots of extra special touches. We really adored the thoughtful decor. We communicated back and forth with the host for recommendations, and I cannot say enough great things! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Cozy, clean space. Exactly what we needed. Older home so some quirks with the floor and stairs. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Just blocks from restaurants and Nelson Atkins museum.

Great location, comfortable, ultra-modern decor.

This cute 2nd story unit in a lovely older KC neighborhood is a walkable distance to the KC Art Institute and museum, and to the Country Club Plaza. It has off-street parking in the driveway and a small back deck with outdoor seating for two. I would stay here again!

Comfy and Close to KC Art Institute

I stayed in the upstairs unit. it was clean and comfortable. i loved having the washer and dryer available in the unit. the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, etc. it was nice to be able to park right in the drive way. the staircase going to the second level unit was a bit narrow.
