Slight smell of mildew in our room. Staff was very friendly. We checked in on Saturday afternoon, planned checkout was Monday morning. The clerk said breakfast was available until 10 everyday because it was a holiday weekend. It was closed on Monday morning at 9:15 am. Maybe they forgot to tell the staff?? Huge disappointment for the kids. An employee did give each of them a yogurt and apologogized. Room had 2 towels upon arrival, there were five of us, went to the front desk requested more. She gave us two additional towels, I asked for another so each of us could have our own towel, she did give it to me but looked concerned. Realized it was the same issue with the wash cloths, went back she seemed really worried. Maybe they have had issues in the past, not sure. Pool was inside and kids didn't like the cold water, but loves the slide.

The property experienced an extended power outage that impacted our stay. Despite this the staff acted professionally throughout. We thought the communication with us could have been better but overall we felt the hotel team did what they could to accommodate us.
