It was hard to get to this location as it’s down an ally. Checking in the front desk was extremely off putting and rude. The room was lackluster with a broken fridge, microwave and the bathroom was outdated and too small for my husband to shut the door while in it. Definitely thankful it was only one night, but disappointed for the money spent,

Not a good place to stay
The room was unremarkable and a little drafty. The bathroom was a little dirty and too. A $50 deposit that wasn’t indicated when I booked the room and a $25 fee for early arrival.

Just awful
It was not very clean. The bed was a Queen size bed not a king. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken like parts broken. Looked like someone kicked it a few time it was lopsided. It worked to a certain degree. The sink/faucet in bathroom was so rusty that when you turn water on it came out the back and on the the counter. It smells like cigarette smoke in non-smoking room. I asked for them to switch my room and the manger told me that all the rooms were same. He did switch the room but they mad us check out and come back at check in time so we had to drive around find things to do for 4 hours. It was awful and i would never recommend this place to anyone. Weekend ruined. This is not a 3-star hotel. More like a negative 2-star motel. Horrible. I did not take any photo i forgot because i was very angry. Lol

Check out was at 11am. It took 30 minutes to check out because there was one person working and before anyone could check out, they went and inspected the rooms. I had a meeting at 11:30 5 minutes away from the hotel and I was late to this appointment because I was not able to check out in time. They charged a $50.00 deposit after I pre-paid through Expedia and in order to get my deposit back I had to wait for them to inspect each room. The staff was very rude.

Checked in to additional charges that made no sense and couldn't be explained, the room is a different story, the toilette barely flushed, the tub already had a dirt ring in it...very disappointing and not wirth the money they charge.

They appear to be slowly rebuilding an older property. Our room was clean but much of it was old and in need of renewal.

You can tell it is an older property. I have stayed at three other americas best from mo to la. All had coffee makers in the room. When I called the front desk, he said he would bring one up. Nothing ever showed up. Disappointing. If this would have been my first one, I would have booked at anymore

We checked in and the front desk clerk assigned us a room that was already occupied. We walk into a room with people already in it. This was a very dangerous mistake. Luckily the people who were in the room were very understanding. Also, the tv did not work. The clerk told us that she would come to look at it but she never showed up. In addition, the place is a dump. This was a horrible experience. Unfortunately the booking was non-refundable so we had to stay the night. I would appreciate a full refund for this stay and I would suggest that this motel be removed from your search engine. So no one else has to experience the poor service that we received. Thank you.

Worse ever
There were cigarette burn holes in all bedding. Dead.bugs all in room. Stair well had old mattresses all over drink.cups.all.around.atair well and homeless and street walkers in parking lot. Not a place for family to.stau. We stayed not even a..hour and left.

The only thing I liked about this place was the girl at the front desk she was a sweetheart other than that this place should be condemned by the health department the door didn't close proper bathroom door was hanging off at the hinges floor was dirty sticky nasty this was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel the only thing this motels got going good for him is the girl that was working the front desk she was a sweetheart

Inexpensive hotel. Hole in bathroom door, shower head sprayed all over. Got back from late game and there were 4 males standing on the deck with music blaring. For a woman this was very uncomfortable.

Pictures on the website gave false information. Pictures showed a real clean room, which really wasn’t bad as far as clean. But definitely needs some TLC inside and out. Probably would not stay there again unless I was desperate.
