We came second time in 2 years. We booked the largest villa, which is a 2/3 bedroom and has the largest private pool I have ever seen. Service is excellent, you get your own butler when you book a private villa. Food is excellent. Excellently managed. We will come back for the 3rd time.

Excellent infrastructure, but poor service
We stayed in the pool water villa between January 3rd and 7th 2024. The room is excellent, a trully 5 stars room with all the amenities for an excellent confort. But the service offered by resort staff, among a few exceptions, unfortunately it not even close to a 5 star hotel. Our seaplane arrived at the hotel pier, and nobody was there to receive us. We saw on Youtube that they make a little party for every guest arriving, they receive the guests at the pier with a huge staff, playing maldivian drums, but no one was there on our arrival. Two different staffs entered our room in 2 different days while we were inside the room, totally unnaceptable for a 5-star hotel. Some of the staff around the hotel unfortunately doesn't smile at you, and looks rude or mad. Drinks at the bars have much more water than drink itself. The Spice restaurant is a buffet style restaurant, with a huge variety of food, but low quality standards. You see flies flying around the buffet all the time, and everytime you order a simple juice or Coke, they take forever to bring it (when they don't get your order wrong). Pier6 restaurant is totally different and a trully 5 stars experience. Food is delicious, and the young girl who serves at this restaurant is a very corteous attendant. They should get the Pier6 as example, and use it standards for the whole resort. They have a huge potential because their infrastructure is excellent, but they really need to train their staff to become a trully 5 star.

Great resort, staff & amenities. Its a huge resort and you have to take carts/shuttles to move around and admin does a good job of providing that facility. While their all day dining 'spice' is little okayish in terms of ambience & food, they have great speciality restaurants which you can go for dining (few complimentary as per package). Their main 'Liquid bar is pretty too. One missing point is there is no easy access to beaches via their main bars. Open beach access are little secluded and there are no food/drinks options on beach side. They have amazing spa too where you can have a complimentary session if you are staying for minimum 4 nights. The sunset water villa with pool felt more luxurious as compared to sunset beach villa with pool in terms of look & feel of the room. They have plenty of options to keep you engaged through out the day so you really need to make up your itinerary upon landing or decided whether you want to keep relaxed or go for different activities. Liquid (Main bar) had plenty of party/DJ/dance night options but residents don't turn up much which makes it a little dull.

Atmosphere Kanifushi was beyond expectations. They really take care of their clients from the moment you exit the airport until the minute you leave on the sea plane. The property is just beautiful. The staff was always friendly and polite. Our main person, Arif, was extremely helpful in assisting us. The staff at Pier 6 for breakfast, Veg for dinner and Spice were just nice and accommodating. The staff at Liquid and Sunset and the spa were phenomenal. I would without a doubt recommend this place to everyone.

What an amazing stay! This was one of our bucket list destination and we were blown away by this property. You cannot leave this place with a heavy heart as everything was perfect. PERFECT. We had a sunset villa with pool, the condition, amentities, bedding... Were stunning. There are many dining options on the resort, and all were delicious. I was sincerely astonished by all the choices and food option. Im sure we all came back with a few extra pounds. The staff was the most agreable, kind, caring and helpful i ever experienced during all my travels. I would rate this place 1000 out of 10 and i deeply wish we can go back one day! Thank you again for making our stay unforgetyable.

This a relaxing luxury resort with very friendly staff who will go the extra mile to meet customer needs. The team is lead by the General Manager Mei Pun and managers that provide great customer service. There are four main restaurants with the Spice restaurant providing a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and well lead by Paras and his team of chefs and staff. Just Veg is a vegetarian restaurant where the chef Ranbhir will given advance notice to try and accommodate the palates within reason. The Pier 6 and Teppianki are restaurants where meals are chargeable depending on use under the all inclusive plan. There are excursions available for snorkelling, cruises to watch dolphins etc, Would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family

Property excellent service and cleanliness. Staff very friendly food awesome. Had a pleasant stay! Good experience with atmosphere, would recommend to everyone! All inclusive package would be a better option if you want hassle free. Just Veg restaurant a little far from our water villa but they provide shuttle bus for guest at all times.
