At THE Casa, you'll enjoy the convenience of a smart TV in the Reading Room, ready for your personal accounts. Complimentary NBN connection and Wi-Fi are provided. Please note, our Wi-Fi is satellite-based, which may result in occasional lags due to the rural setting and imposed download limits. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% connectivity. Please have a backup plan in place for critical internet needs. Additionally, we offer three Boom Portable Speakers, which can be used independently or linked together for your entertainment.

Staying Comfortable Year-Round:

For those cooler months, THE CASA boasts three fireplaces: two wood-burning and one gas fireplace. Each bedroom is equipped with an oil heater for added warmth. Rest assured, the fireplaces will be prepared for your arrival, and extra wood will be provided. However, please supervise children around the fireplaces and avoid leaving the gas fireplace remote within reach, as its surface can become hot. To keep cool during warmer weather, air-conditioning units are available in the Gallery Loft and Master Bedroom, while fans with remotes are provided in all other bedrooms.

Dam Safety:

Please be aware of the unfenced dam located in the Southwestern corner of the property, and ensure children are supervised at all times.

Wildlife Encounter:

While exploring the outdoors, you may encounter native wildlife and occasional insects. Rest assured, our property is safeguarded by a barbed wire fence to prevent neighbouring livestock from entering THE CASA grounds. Please supervise children accordingly.

Rainwater Usage:

We exclusively utilise rainwater for all water needs at THE Casa, which is safe for consumption. Our three-step filtration system ensures water quality. We kindly ask guests to use water sparingly during their stay.

Septic System:

THE CASA operates on an Envirocycle Septic System. To maintain its efficiency, please refrain from disposing of chemicals, antibacterial products, medicines, oil, solvents, or ground coffee down the sink. Only toilet paper should be flushed, as all our products are biodegradable.

Pool/Billiard Table:

The pool table is designated for adult use only. Any child utilising the table must be supervised by an adult at all times.
