We are sorry for the inconvinience and making you unconfortable regarding the public bath. We explain about how to enjoy the public bath upon check in however it may be not clear and sufficient explanation. We apologize you once again.hotel isThere is a public bath on the 13th floor that is exclusive to hotel guests. (There are no sauna facilities.) Use is free.It is not a natural hot spring but a regular bathtub.Business hours are from 3pm to 9am.Nightwear and slippers are provided in the room.Please bring towels and amenities from your room.We will continue to pay close attention to our customers' evaluations, and we would be very happy if you could use our hotel again on another occasion.We look forward to seeing you again.
