This beautiful & tastefully decorated one level, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Kanab, Utah, just a short stroll away from downtown shops & restaurants, as well as Kanab's historic district. Centrally located to Zion, Bryce & Grand Canyon, as well as the Coral Paink Sand Dunes state park. Surrounded by stunning red rock plateaus and offering your own beautiful, private backyard with endless stargazing opportunities under Kanab's dark skies.
The Space:
Step into Green Oasis and feel right at home. As you enter the home you are met with a beautiful, fully appointed kitchen to the left of the entry way, and a fully furnished living room straight ahead. The living room features a large picture window giving you a beautiful view of the spacious backyard. The dining area with a large table connects the living room and kitchen.
To the right of the entry way is a hallway that will take you to 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 features a twin bunk bed, and bedroom 3 offers a spacious king sized bed. The full bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.
As you walk through the living room to the other side of the house you will find bedroom 4 with another queen sized bed, another full bathroom with a standing shower, and a family room with a large, comfortable couch just perfect to relax and watch TV. Two separate living spaces makes it easy for large groups to spread out and relax.
This home also has a laundry room equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Green Oasis is beautifully and tastefully decorated, but if you'd rather be outside, we don't blame you! Step out back to your own private, very large backyard with plenty of grass to run and play games on. We even provide corn hole for you! Grill dinner on the patio, dine outside, or just simply sit and gaze in wonder at the beautiful starry skies of Southern Utah!

There is plenty of parking out front for multiple cars or even a UTV trailer. Enjoy the quiet but convenient town of Kanab by walking to various shops and restaurants. You can even enjoy the live music floating your way from Sego, Kanab's fine dining restaurant located just a block away! There is also an EV charger at the business across the street if needed!

Take a stroll down Center Street and visit historic Perry lodge where Hollywood stars such as Marilyn Monroe and John Wayne would stay when they came to town while making their movies!
Visit the Kanab Center and historic Kanab Museum, or visit Station 89 to enjoy a full restaurant, bar, and local art and gift shop. Walk along main street and enjoy many local galleries, coffee shops, restaurants, and more!
We are just a few blocks away from a beautiful park, water park, pool, library, basketball courts, tennis and pickleball courts, skate park with a pump track, and more!

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

-No Smoking in or near the house.
-No pets or animals. For those with licensed service animals, we kindly ask that you consider a different house. The owners of this home reside here part time, and are highly allergic to animal dander. Please contact us if you need help finding another home, we would love to assist you.
-No large gatherings, parties, or events without owner permission.
-Outdoor quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM.
