The Space:

Grand Kanab'n is set in the upscale La Estancia community at the mouth of Tom's Canyon, where towering red rock cliffs surround the home on nearly every side — the kind of view that makes you stop mid-conversation to stare.



The standout feature is the rooftop deck: a private hot tub for soaking under Kanab's famously dark skies, plus hammocks set up for lazy afternoons with a view of the cliffs and a propane fire pit. Downstairs, the outdoor space continues with a BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor furniture for evenings in.



Inside, the home is laid out to sleep the group comfortably with two primary ensuites, each featuring a king sized bed, and two other guest bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed and jack-n-jill style bathroom (accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway), and the other with a queen bed and a half bathroom located right next to it. The living space with it's high ceilings, open concept living/dining/kitchen and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the incredible red rock view, is designed to bring everyone back together after a day of adventure.



La Estancia itself is a bonus — residents and guests get access to community indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball courts, and a park.



Location-wise, you're minutes from downtown Kanab for dining and shops, surrounded by hiking trails right out the door, and close to multiple ATV trail systems for off-road exploring. Zion National Park is a easy 30-minute drive, Coral Pink Sand Dunes is just 15 minutes away, and both Bryce Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon are within 90 minutes — making Grand Kanab'n a genuine basecamp for southern Utah's best scenery.

The Neighborhood:

The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, and Amenity Park of La Estancia that includes pickleball courts, bocce ball, playground equipment, and electric chargers.



Getting Around:

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is just a couple of miles away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.



Rules for La Estancia Community:

- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
