Mauna Lani Fairways | Luxury Accommodations

Summary:
The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a townhome community situated along the 4th and 12th fairways of the resort's North Course. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
This 2 BR/2 BA unit features luxurious and tropical decor, and accommodates up to 4 guests. Vacationers will love visiting the beautiful area and will have plenty of island activities surrounding them. Fairways at Mauna Lani is a short stroll to the award-winning Spa Without Walls at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. The lavish Mauna Lani Spa is just a few minutes drive within the resort. Excellent dining is available at the Fairmont Orchid and the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. The beach is walking distance, ideal for a day trip in the sun.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!

This vacation home unveils with an open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gourmet kitchen will put a chef in heaven with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. Whip up an acai bowl with the blender or utilize the whole kitchen to make a multicourse meal. Seating for three is placed at the built-in breakfast bar so guests may watch and keep the chef company in the kitchen. A formal dining table has seating for four just steps away. Alternatively, step outside onto the private lanai and fire up the BBQ. A kitchenette is prepared to help you grill up a yummy snack. A patio table and chairs are arranged for an alfresco dining experience.

Relax in the living room on the cozy sectional couch placed in front of the TV. A DVD player, stereo, WIFI, washer/dryer, and central AC are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Head upstairs to catch up on some rest at the end of the day which holds a King-sized bed and TV. An attached master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, stand-in shower, and dual sinks. Guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and TV. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani also has a fitness room perfect for working up a sweat. Shower off and head out to the expansive pool area. There is a pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing. Guests also have access to the private beach club. This private beach club goes to a beautiful beach with calming waters and lounge chairs for guest use only.

• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
These terms help us maintain the quality and comfort of our vacation rentals for all guests.

Details:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
- Security Deposit: Refundable after the stay, pending inspection
- Utility Fee: Covers utilities for extended stays
- 30+ Nights: Required for long-term short-term vacation rentals

This condo is really lovely from the beautiful decor to the comfortable beds. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances for cooking and meal prep. Included are a wide variety of spices. What is NOT included are any kind of condiment - including coffee for both the drip and Keurig coffee makers.. This is not a complaint, just information for future tenants for what they will need to provide.Communication from the rental agency was great We'd stay here again on another trip.

Very clean barbecue flared up, dishwasher broken period No pepper, nor laundry discourages.

Clean Property. , Nice furnishings, furnishings. The barbecue was faulty in the and that all the burners needed to be turned on before. The grill would light and good luck with quite an expansive display period if one wasn't paying attention, there would be since the dishwasher didn't work period water trickle down from the arms. And nothing clean the interior of the cups or bowls period there was no dishwashing detergent. No pepper, no sugar period the liquor cabinet was open for my use which had 5 bottles of Johnny Walker scotch available period rum wine.

An awesome location

What an awesome location. Our entire experience was great. The accommodations were beautiful and spacious. The unit was beautifully decorated and was very welcoming. The community was full of amenities and the host was very responsive with answers. Will plan to stay here when we return to the Big Island. Highly recommend.

Lovely condo

We stayed here for the week of Christmas with our 2 kids. The condo was perfect! Clean, well stocked with almost anything you might need, comfortable beds, quality linens, up to date appliances and electronics, beach chairs and umbrella and snorkel gear and sand toys. The only thing that wasnt there that we would have liked to have were bicycles and a beach bag. Otherwise, it was everything we could have hoped for in a vacation rental. While they do ask that you don't set the thermostat below 72, we found that to be plenty cool enough and stayed comfortable. I also really loved all of the authentic hawiian decor. You can really tell someone put great thought and care and $ into decorating this home. 10 outa 10! We hope to stay here again!

Nice get away, but needs maintenance

It was a nice get away and very nice location. The pool was nice, the private beach was easy to get to. The house was relatively clean, though the dishwasher doesnt work very well, so a lot of the dishes weren't clean and needed to be rewashed by hand. There were also several maintenance items that need to be taken care of.

Great stay with some improvements needed

First let me say the pictures don’t do the property or the pool justice. It’s a very nice property and pool! The condo’s kitchen was well stocked and decorations and beds were very nice. There were some issues that came up that the owner/property manager need to be made aware of. One the tv lost connection the 1st day we arrived and never got fixed the 10 days we stayed there. Not a huge issue, but asking kids to watch shows for short stints on the tablet isn’t Ideal. The sliding door is very hard to open/close, several light bulbs were burnt out, and the ice dispenser in the freezer doesn’t work. Lastly I understand the owner wanting to save a few bucks, but not allowing the A/C to go lower than 72 is a big ask for guests. It was quite warm throughout the day, and very hot in the rooms at night, even with all the ceiling fans running full-blast 24/7. If these things get fixed then this would be a hands-down location we would rent again.

Beautiful home and location

I stayed here with my parents for a week as I was attending a conference at Fairmont Orchid. The unit was beautiful and the location was excellent. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beds were comfy and the views spectacular. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for two adult couples or a family of 3-4.

Great stay at Mana Launi

Property is perfectly located in the Mana Lani complex close to a private beach club, swimming pool, shopping complex with a grocery store and other amenities. Place was very comfortable and well stocked with beach items. Would definitely come back.

Love this place!

This was our 3rd stay in this community, and first in this condo. It was perfect. The area is very clean and well-maintained. The condo is too, well-stocked with every kitchen gadget you could need, clean, and very quiet. They had puzzles, games, and books. The pool in the community is amazing too. The private beach is one of the best parts of staying here. The best snorkeling, plus kayaks, paddle-boards, etc. We loved that the condo had plenty of beach and pool toys since it's difficult to travel with those items. We had two tiny issues that hopefully the owners will address. 1. The master bath shower is almost unusable if you have hair. The water sprays all over but not on your head, so we had to all use the guest shower. Too bad for such a nice master bath. And 2. The keypad on the door was whacky, sometimes it took us 15 tries to get in the front door. It wasn't the code, just the door. Not problematic enough to affect our stay though. We had a great trip!

Clean and spacious

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Fairmont Orchid. The location was ideal. The unit was clean and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. We had no wash clothes upon check in and that concern was rapidly corrected by the management team. I felt the management team was excellent and very responsive. The outdoor pool is lovely but water was on the cold side so I spent more time in the hot tub. We appreciated the pool chairs and toys available in the garage. Access to the private beach club was much appreciated. The beach there is quite protected so a nice option for small kids. There is a nice grocery store very close to the townhouse that we visited frequently.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our ONLY glitch was that we were not given the correct lockbox code for initial entry, but we were able to reach someone who assisted us, and the rest of our stay was a breeze.

We’ve been coming to the Big Island for many years and have stayed in nice condos in the Waikoloa Beach and Mauna Lani area, but this is definitely one of our favorites! Comfortable beds, well appointed, quiet, and great location for all our vacationing needs.

Quiet and comfortable when at Mauna Lani

We have stayed at a few of the condos in the Mauna Lani area, mostly 3+ bedrooms for children or couples, this is the first time staying in the Fairways at Mauna Lani. We weren't disappointed, the complex is smaller and fully developed, no construction which was really nice. The condo was comfortable and really fully stocked, the 2 bedrooms were clean and well appointed, and linens, towels and all the kitchen gear was appreciated. The only issue was that the owner had recently switched out the wifi and the the rental company was not aware of the change. This unit would be first on our list when we plan our next trip to the Big Island.

Beautiful and relaxing

The location is great and the kitchen is well furnished. From coffee maker to Ninja blender - it's what you need to start and end the day. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the lanai off the Master's suite is great.
