I loved the river view from this property. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The rooms were clean with a few scuff marks behind the bathroom door. The hot tub and pool are older but still nice to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The Riverland has very helpful staff and is super convenient when staying in Kamloops. It’s undergoing renovation and will be even better when renovated! Would stay again for sure.

I like this place as it's cheap, quiet, clean close to a Carlock and Timmoes. The pool is nice, the staff is always polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Staff was very nice but the property is old and falling apart. Little details like the toilet paper roll holder and the control for the jets in the tub (both of which were not working / falling apart) somehow made a big impression. We had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. Lots of potential! Just need some attention to detail. Been to the hotel twice over three years and both times there were workers on the property doing repairs and building. Breakfast wasn’t great, and pool area definitely needs some attention - the paint in the pool is chipping and floating around. Water was cloudy and didn’t feel clean. Price was fair for what was included.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The site is going through an extensive reno right now, but staff tried their best to keep the site as functional and peaceful as possible. We asked for, and got, a large room with a kitchenette, but it put us at the end of the property near the driveway construction. The workers kept decent hours and we weren't bothered by them or by noise. The reno'd hotel will be fabulous when it's finished! Right on the river, too, with a lovely view.

Left did not stay when there was an ants in the bathroom and bathtub was black and in clean. Did not stay one night would not book when the cost was over the top.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However the building is undergoing renovations so a lot of mess around outside. I did not think our room was clean enough.

They are doing a ton of work some I’m hopeful it will be better when they are done. Just kinda a junky spot that looks like people would live there fulltime as opposed to a nightly rental. It’s next to an abandoned property. Pool and hot tub looked like they needed some attention. The price was reasonable and lady working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

This property had very friendly staff and was well kept, clean and beds were comfortable but definitely in need of some repairs and updates. Great view of the river! For the price and convenience it had a little breakfast included as well would definitely stay again.

Great stay here at this little Inn. Rooms facing the river are great! Nice views and quiet. Breakfast was eggs, sausages, bagels, coffee, juice. There is a hot tub but didn’t check it out. The reception is super friendly and accommodated every one of our requests with a smile. Rooms are good for the price. Location is decent, isn’t really walking distance to anything but a very short car drive to everything. Perfect for a quick stay.

We were on the way to Vancouver, just stopped for the night. It was nice stay. Clean and quite room with beautiful view with river and the mountains. Reasonable BF. It's worth for the price.
