«We love Accent Inns! Wonderful clean, well-appointed room with fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave and toaster oven along with mugs, bowls, plates, cutlery and utensils. Great beds, pillows and linens. Nice desk with chair. Lots of lighting options, which is rare! Lots of storage. Love the duck that comes with the room!»

«While booking there was no mention of the hotel being beside railway tracks.. There were louds trains going by all night and we were on the other side if the hotel facing the river?? Beautiful hotel but way too noisy to sleep.. Great to have 2 restaurants on site. The sharkbite pub on site was great... Tasty food amd bsr with good prices.. Beds super comfortable with good size rooms...»

«The staff was more interested in talking among themselves rather than servicing the clients. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Too few seatfor such a large hotel. The staff could not supply sufficient food so you had to take something from the little that was left.»

«The hotel was clean overall, but the kitchen-equipped room was missing several essential kitchen items. The male front desk staff member was friendly and helpful; however, after the shift change, the female front desk staff member was unfriendly and unhelpful when we requested the missing items. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I would not stay here again.»

«My wife and I spent a night there in June 2026. When I checked in the man was very pleasant and professional. We got to our room and found it very clean and comfortable. I turned the fan on constant and neither of us heard any of the trucks from the close highway. They gave us a ticket for 25%off breakfast at the onsite restaurant. We ate the and it was very good. Based on our experience I would recommend this hotel.»
