"Excellent hotel – highly recommended
We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would give this hotel top marks in every category.
The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, with rooms and facilities finished to a very high standard. Everything works perfectly and the overall quality is excellent.
The staff also deserve the highest rating. Everyone we have met has been extremely helpful, friendly and service-minded.
Breakfast is excellent, with a good and varied selection, including plenty of healthy options. The presentation is also very appealing.
The location could hardly be better, just a few steps from the Main Market Square and within easy walking distance of most attractions in Krakow. Despite the very central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. We could hear some faint music during the night from Saturday to Sunday, but it was so low that it did not disturb us at all. There was no traffic noise or other noticeable noise.
A couple of small suggestions for improvement, which do not affect our overall rating: the room would benefit from a full-length mirror, for which there seems to be sufficient space, and the gym could be equipped with a little more training equipment.
Considering the quality, location and overall experience, we also found the price very reasonable.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended."
