«The hotel is quite new. It's cozy, comfort and clean. Hope it will stay the same all the time! Nice swimming pool eventhough its not big. Nice fitness center and spa. I've got a room which has an ocean view and it's wonderful.. the Breakfast is good and lots variation of kind of foods especially for indonesian. You can walk to the nearest Mall called Balikpapan Center its only take 5 mins walk. There's a supermarket called hypermart in the mall and places to eat like Mc.Donalds and KFC also a ...

«The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended »

«They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop ...

«체크인하러 4시에 도착했음에도 체크인하는데 30분이 더 걸렸고, 객실에는 타월 하나 구비돼 있지 않았다. 타월을 요청하여도 2시간이 넘게 갖다주지 않아서 재차 요청했더니, 그러고 30분에 가져다 주었다. 객실 청결상태도 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하는데 기분이 그리 좋지 않았다. 전체적으로 서비스 수준이 너무 앚은 호텔이었다.»
