The property is right on a commercial street and costal line, I like that. It is clean and most of the staff are nice.
It is very noisy at night, even after midnight.
The nearby restaurant On the Rock makes their long lasting annoying music too loud, that I hear it on 7th floor like I am in street hear 10 cars alarm on together.
One front desk staff suggests to move me to different room in the middle of the the night, and another staff says nothing the hotel can do about the noise, that the restaurant is “following the law”-she wasn’t in my room experiencing the noise and measuring it.
Very disappointed about how the property handles the on going noise problem.
