Oceanfront Townhome with Pool and Hot Tub

This three-bedroom and three-bath standalone townhome is one of the Kona’s most desirable properties with stunning ocean views, an outdoor dining space, and access to a beautiful oceanfront pool. One of just 12 units in the community, this home offers a private retreat where you’ll also be just a 3-minute walk from the famous Magic Sands Beach Park.

The Home
Step into this home and immediately enjoy 2,000 square feet of island charm. The heart of this space is the first floor living areas, as they offer the best of indoor/outdoor living. The large double-slide pocket doors reveal beautiful ocean views and a spacious lanai, extending your living space to the outdoors. Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with a Cal-king bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom, and its own private lanai with ocean views. Across the hall, there is a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There’s a third bedroom on the main floor, featuring a king bed or option for twin beds upon request. You’ll also have air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home to ensure a comfortable experience.

The Outdoor Spaces
This home and the community offer numerous outdoor spaces where you can enjoy gorgeous ocean views. Off the main living space, there’s a covered lanai with dining and seating to accommodate 6 people. There’s also access to a private lanai off the primary suite on the second story. Of course, there’s always plenty of nature to enjoy outside of the property – you’ll be surrounded by beach parks where snorkeling adventures are just a simple walk away from the complex’s gate. For nearby dining, walk a short distance to the seaside Magic’s Grill, or drive just 5 minutes north or south on Alii Drive for charming shopping, restaurants, and farmers markets.

Property is gorgeous and convenient. Excellent communication and very easy check in/out. The views are awesome and so relaxing. Lots of space inside and two large lanai. All the beach equipment you’d need, from towels to snorkels to umbrellas and a large cooler. We will be back!

Kona 2025

This place is lovely. Great location and amenities. 5-10 minute drives to Kona, Keauhou, and Holualoa. Great views of the ocean from the back decks. 3 minute walk to Magic Sands beach and a 15 min walk to Kahalu'u beach. Just be careful of the waves at Magic Sands!

Great for Family Visit

We were two seniors, one adult and one teenager. It was perfect as we had the three bedrooms. Everything that we needed was provided; the kitchen was especially well equipped. The view towards Magic Sands was great. Access to the main roads was easy and it was a pretty central location to go either north (Hawi) or south (Punalu'u). We used the AC which worked out well for some of our party. I think turning it off and opening windows and doors would have worked well also. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent Place to Stay with Outstanding Ocean View

Great Condo, with all amenities, including a fantastic view. It is somewhat isolated from the town, which is good, except you will need to drive to most places, though there is a lovely beach within walking distance. There was a bit of traffic noise audible in the master bedroom on the weekends, as a major road is nearby and people cruise it Friday and Saturday, some playing loud radios. However, earplugs solved that issue, and it was not a problem during weekdays. I would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful condo rental

We loved the location and cleanliness of the rental. Everything we needed was there and the A/C was nice to have although we didn't need to use it much. The modern, beautiful kitchen was well appointed and lots of room to share cooking duties. The only negative was some road noise by a few cars with loud exhaust and stereos. Near-perfect...ideal spot for a Kona vacation

This property is in a great place right along the shore, near Magic Sands Beach. Beautiful views from the first- and second-floor lanai...even better from the pool area. Clean, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (and massive bonus points for proper kitchen knives...a rarity in rentals!). The Weber grill on the patio is also in good working order.The owners obviously take great pride in the home. It's tastefully decorated and has a modern but comfortable feel. Each bedroom has a separate climate control unit. Living room has a big TV that allows streaming. In-home wifi works well. Ditto for the washer and dryer.Some reviews mention road noise. It's there, but wasn't a real issue for us. If you stay for New Year's, though, there will be a lot of fireworks noise...probably true in most of Kona. Otherwise, no biggie. Overall, I can't really think of anything negative to say. We all agreed we'd stay there again.

Beautiful location!

Family of 3 adults and three teens/preteens stayed one week. It was walkable to several beaches and restaurants. The views were unbeatable. World class snorkeling in the bay in front of the property. Nice pool that was perfect for the kids. Lots of thoughtful details such as beach chairs, towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning ocean view

The property is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The ocean view from the lanai was spectacular, comfortable and protected from the weather. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Everything you could possibly want. The condo also provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach, cooler, and plenty of beach towels. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner as well as an air conditioner in the dining room. Parking was right outside the door And carts are provided for loading and unloading. We would absolutely come again!

Lovely oceanfront experience!

We had a great family stay for 8 nights here, and really felt like we lucked into a gem in comparison to some of the other rentals we looked at. The house is really well-appointed with things we used during our stay, the property overall is quiet and clean, and everything was very seamless and easy. We'd come back for sure.

Hawaii VRBO

Very convenient location but noise from Ali’i Drive is detrimental to those staying in either guest bedroom. Beautiful view from lanai, close to exit to parking and trash and very short walk to pool area. Gate code was a little confusing and getting out involved pressing another button that wasn’t well marked. Very close to a small market but Safeway was a bit of a drive. Not walkable to Kona.

Clean, well furnished, responsive host

This unit had the view, as promised, and the check-in procedure was the smoothest I've experienced with VRBO. The management worked with us and graciously allowed us a complimentary late check-out due to a rental car problem. The guest handbook was the most comprehensive I've seen yet. The only criticism I have is that our unit was right next to a busy road, and the road noise was intrusive. I do not remember seeing any mention of that in their listing. Other than that, great stay.

Incredible location

Amazing location, just a few minutes to Magic Sands beach and with prime diving/snorkeling in your backyard. Location super convenient, minutes to downtown Kona or up the hill to Keahou’s supermarket and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable, our family loved it.
