«The owner is super cute and speaks very good English! We were only there for one night, but I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is old and traditional, but the room is comfortable and has all the amenities you'd need. One of the best parts is that there is a private onsen inside. The views from the room and onsen were incredible, overlooking all of the town below and the nature around. Breakfast was also included, and tasted great! The town around is also very beautiful, and really quiet ...

«The girl that welcomed us was very sweet and helpful at check in. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the unique experience. The free coffee and tea was wonderful. We didn't use the kitchen but it was a very nice set up. The location was the only complaint I have but that has nothing to do with the overall experience of the hotel.»

«Not too bad place in Nara, Not tatto friendly sauna or spa. Nice breakfast buffet »

«Fantastic breakfast including fresh breads and Japanese hot dishes. Homemade fresh local tofu. Many organic foods. Close to station and shops and restaurants. Great view of Nara City at night during the happy hour or morning during breakfast. Basic pillow was traditional Japanese pillow filled with beans or grain. Other softer pillows were available from the front reception area. The hotel is working hard to reduce/eliminate carbon footprint. As a traveler with small luggage at the end ...
