«The facility is nice. However, the breakfast area is lacking in enough area to accommodate the guests. Also, there is a train that runs throughout the night that kept us awake in the night. This should have been explained. If you are not a light sleeper it may be ok. If not and you really want to stay there, you would know to ask for a room on the back of the hotel.»

«I don't like to give bad reviews especially when the check in host was so charming and did try to help us out with internet access and heating. My husband was very disappointed to find no hot water - luke warm to chilly - for a shower he so wanted to enjoy and the shower door not functioning right. No hangers, not chair to sit in, the baseboards and parts of the floors were quite dirty. We did not expect this from a 9 rating. With a 6 would have expected this and therefore would have avoided. ...

The bedding and towels were clean but the floors, walls, and around shower could have been cleaned better. You can tell someone went in and replaced linens and surface cleaned the areas but my kids feet got dirty from the floors depsite us being a "no shoes inside" household which tells me the floors were not properly mopped. Also, you have to purchase wood from them or ...
