«This place was amazing. They were super responsive to questions. Everything was clean, quiet, and nice. It felt like having our own condo right there in Kīhei. The first day we were able to see whales from the balcony so the view is also excellent. It’s also centrally located, so you get the small town Hawaii feel of Kīhei, but don’t have to travel far to be right in the mix of Wailea or Lahaina. We would absolutely stay here again, in fact we are already planning on it. »

«The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons ...

«The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails ...
