«Everything is great»

«This is an excellent place for a romantic getaway. We had one of the rooms with a private backyard with a small onsen (hot spring pool). It was so relaxing and nice to sit in the hot pool in the evening with a drink, and even though we did not try to climb mount Fuji this time, I can imagine this would be an excellent place to rest after such a strenuous trip. We did not try the dinner service, but the breakfast was a very tasty mix of japanese dishes, served in our own room. Definitely one of ...

«Friendly service. Excellent amenities including shuttle to train station and breakfast. Beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our room and rooftop. If we hadn’t stayed here we would have missed seeing Mr. Fuji since it was cloudy and raining. We happened to look out our room window to see a glimpse and rushed to the rooftop to see its wondrous sight. »

«One of the best hotels I‘ve ever stayed in. Each room has it‘s own bathtub with s fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully decorated and the public and private Onsen available at this resort are a hugh advantage after a cold winter day. There‘s a free shuttle bus that picked us up whenever we wanted (with a very friendly driver). All in all: fantastic hotel.»

«Clean and spacious room, great view of the lake in the room and the observation centre on the top level with a clear and great view of Mount Fuji are all marvellous.
