The home offers high ceilings & is light and bright throughout with a very calming ambiance hence the name "Villa Tranquila" which translated means tranquil, peaceful, calm, relaxed house in Spanish. You have a fully equipped and sensational new kitchen with double fridge, quartz counter tops, coffee station with Keurig & 12 cup coffee maker, and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Friends & family can sit at the huge kitchen island and enjoy chatting with the chef dujour while watching them prepare a meal. Another added bonus of a POSHPADZ Luxury Property are the huge SMART TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms. 2 bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and 2 bedrooms offer Queen size beds.
