Summer in June Lake opens up a world of opportunities for fishing, boating, paddleboarding, swimming, biking, and hiking, promising a wealth of outdoor adventures. What truly sets this region apart in the Eastern Sierra is its mesmerizing fall foliage, a sight not to be missed. Fall brings serenity and a chance to enjoy excellent fishing in the crisp, cool temperatures.

And when winter arrives with its gentle snowfall, this cabin's location shines once again, as it's only a brief five-minute drive from the June Mountain ski area. June Mountain caters to a diverse crowd, welcoming kids, beginners, powder enthusiasts, and backcountry skiers alike, ensuring everyone can revel in the snowy wonderland.

The primary bedroom, downstairs, boasts a comfortable queen bed, a 36" flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its queen bed and ample full-sized closet space.

Ascend the stairs to the main living area, where the generous and sunlit living room offers picturesque views of Carson Peak. Within this inviting space, you'll discover two queen sleeper sofas, a 55" flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining room and a well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including a spacious fridge and range. Additionally, there's a convenient bathroom adjoining the living area.

For a unique touch, a playful ladder leads to the open loft area, which features a comfortable full-sized bed.

This townhome's location is ideal, within walking distance to everything you could desire. Whether you've spent the day fishing or skiing, returning to this welcoming abode promises relaxation and comfort.

The property had a great location next to the lake. Our boys were able to fish each day. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance.The house was fine for the number of people, however the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. In fact, all the beds could use bed toppers at the very least for better comfort. Loved the Mstr bath heater. So cozy.

AMAZING HOME! RENT THIS RIGHT NOW!!!

This was such a great experience for my family and myself. Last year was incredibly hard as a close family member had a cancer diagnosis that was extremely aggressive and the outlook looked bleak. With that said, she's doing great and this was our first family trip together in over a year. It was a perfect place to heal, to make some great memories and to look at the positive aspects of life.This home looks exactly as described and even more so above and beyond. The loft space in the photos looked a little bit small but when you get there it's actually quite large and bigger than what you think it would be. The keyless keypad entry is probably one of the most ideal scenarios, even though it seems like a small thing, no other properties here actually have that. You have to go pick up the key and do this whole process. The keypad made it super fast and easy to not only share the keys with other family members but just to get in and out promptly.I highly suggest checking out this place. It was an amazing stay and thank you so much!

June Lake Family Trip

Because there was construction going on during our stay, the management was very proactive and offered us another nearby unit. We took them up on theoffer as we did not want to deal with noise. Both condos were very nice and my family had a great time at the lakes and nearby Mammoth. I would definitely be back soon to enjoy another relaxing and enjoyable time.

Amazing location, cozy stay

We were able to fit 10 grown men in this house for a snowboarding trip! Both couches pull out into queen size beds, there is one bed in the loft (watch your head going up!), and two bedrooms on the first floor. We definitely maxed out the place, but it was still cozy and comfortable enough. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher that still needed a little cleaning, but overall the entire house was nice and clean. We also enjoyed walking around the little neighborhood, and grabbing breakfast at the Tiger Bar! Such a quaint and cozy area June Lake is. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Unit was clean and well stocked, located in the heart of town allowing you to walk to the brewery, restaurants, and shops. It needs some items fixed but my group of friends loved the place and would book it again.

Great location,roomy accommodation

Very close to the Lake. We used the property as a base for Yosemite - it's a 45 minute drive to Tuolomne Meadows - really easy. Very nice apartment - lots of room.

Clean and nice

Everything about the place was nice. It was clean and close to the marina. The only issue I had was with the stove. Only the 3 small burners worked so I couldn’t cook some of the food I brought (ie. Fried wings, fries). Because the burners were so weak, it took forever to boil a small pot of water. The two large burners didn’t work at all. Besides this issue, the place had everything I needed.

Perfect location, poorly maintained property!

Perfect location for June Lake. Great view. Close proximity to amenities and activities. 30 mins to Yosemite east entrance. This property is outdated and poorly maintained. Some examples are: 3 light bulbs out in kitchen, both showers back up when used, main stovetop burner doesn’t work, ice maker slow at making ice and toilet paper holder broken. Unfortunately had a mice problem but PM responded with a trap the next morning and we got one before we left. PM answered all calls but we were not given a host to deal with directly. Anyone that is use to an up to date, clean and decorative place, this isn’t the one. It is just poorly maintained and an old place.

Edge Water # 19

Really nice layout, spacious place. My family was very happy & comfortable. I do recommend staying at this place it's located near all the shops & pleasure full dinning restaurants and hang out places. I couple of issues I did encounter the wifi & the stove didn't work but over all nice place.

Great place in June Lake

Really enjoyed our stay in June Lake. The condo was just as described - clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked well for us to cook every night. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Nice to have the washer and dryer. Had one small issue day one and management was very responsive and quick to get it resolved so no real problem at all. Appreciated the attentiveness. Would be back.

The View

We traveled to June Lake to memorialize my mother. We had a small gathering for lunch after a ceremony, and three of us stayed in the condo five days. Upon check in the place was a bit dirty (the BBQ, the washer and dryer). The property management was right on it. The DVD player was not compatible with the TV (we'd hoped to play a movie about my mom). But - we had a marvelous time. That view is amazing, the location was close to the village, and the kitchen/linens/everything else was clean and comfy. I'd rent again.

amazing time at june lake

The place was awesome! it had plenty of supplies including toiletries, towels, and kitchen utensils. it had plenty of room for 10+ people and was only a mile drive to June Mountain resort. the only negative thing i had to stay about it was the stove was extremely hard to figure out and not very timely communication from management. with all this being said, this place still gets 5 out of 5 stars from me and my family! Will be back in a few months to enjoy record snowfall.
