«Heater was loud and hard fan blowing, plus it didn't seem to warm the room. The thermostat was bright blue and doesn't dim for sleeping. The A/C on interior room was a portable unit. Walls are thin and TVs volume, hair dryers, toilets flushing feel like they are in your room.»

«No housekeeping at all. 3 night stay - no new towels even after following directions to put used towels on floor.
Had to go to front desk and inquire. Was told that they were short staffed and that he guessed they didn’t come to our room.
He did give me towels.
We will not be staying at this hotel in the future»

«The room was dirty when I entered. There were mysterious black items in the bathtub. The bathtub and the floor did not look as if they had been cleaned, and there was a leak in the ceiling. When I first tried to check in at around 5 pm, I waited 30 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I called the hotel's phone number and no one answered. I called the hotel's hotline, and I was put on hold until someone eventually appeared half an hour later. Of the 12 hotels I stayed in during my trip, ...
