The cottage has a private, enclosed garden and is easily accessible from the A10 motorway, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its châteaux, with several golf courses nearby. Ground floor:

Optional extras:

- Towels: €5 per person,

- Bed linen: €10 per bed (mandatory for business rentals).

- Mandatory cleaning fee of €50 (billed every 15 days) for business rentals.

- From October to the end of March, heating is mandatory and charged according to consumption (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure). From April to the end of September, heating is included.

- Security deposit: €450 (unless rental exceeds 2 weeks, in which case the deposit is €700).

At the Source toll booth, immediately turn right on the D15 towards Jouy-le-Potier. Go straight for 15 km. In Jouy, take the road to the right of the church D 103 d°Lailly-en-Val Beaugency. After 3 km, turn right into a Le Petit Pordet property entrance.
