Things To Keep In Mind:

- Sound travels far so be mindful of your noise levels during your stay.

- There can be periods of high winds and potential Wi-Fi outages during your stay. This is the nature of the desert area.

- Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the property and backyard space through your own personalized smart lock code.



The Neighborhood:

As you turn onto the road leading to our property, you'll notice a blockade just down the end. Beyond this blockade lies a hidden gem - a picturesque hiking trail that runs just behind our home. Don't forget to pack your hiking shoes and explore this scenic trail during your stay!

CHECK OUT: 11 AM

Inquire for early arrival or late departure.



AMENITIES:

- We provide starter items: towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, dish

soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & trash can liners. Highly r

recommend you bring additional items too!



ENTRY:

- A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

KITCHEN:

- Fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.



SECURITY CAMERAS:

- Doorbell Camera. Recording 24/7 during and after all reservations.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Supply Closet is not accessible for guests.



PET:

- Allowed for a charge of $100 per pet

-We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



EV CHARGER

The charger is set to a schedule due to the local power company guidelines. It will automatically turn on for charge from



Weekdays: Midnight - 6am

Weekends: Midnight - 2pm



As long as the car is plugged in it will begin charging on its own at midnight tonight



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB, COWBOY POOL & SAUNA:

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.



• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Please heat the hot tub with cover on.

• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.

•Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.
